    Can anyone confirm what PCIe v4 drives are used and the specs/speeds they are rated at?
    Watched a few reviews on YouTube but nothing advises such detailed speed tests.

    Also, is this only 4 zone keyboard leds or can it be done key by key?

    This is scary. Lenovo hasn't sold out of the L5P 3070 32GB yet. I'm so tempted to upgrade to this but damn it doesn't have SD card slot. Unsure i should keep waiting for alienware x15 offer.

        it's something specifically useful for me to have
        - SD / micro SD card slot
        - I would like per key RGB if i'm paying $2000
        - I don't like the numerical key pad as prefer the touch pad to stay close to middle of laptop

        Other than the above, this L5P is very good price for the spec you get. gaming laptop prices will keep falling especially the 3070 and above since the 4000 series are coming. Hence I'm hoping the alienware x15 price will fall further close to $2000 which I'm sure the Legion 7 prices will be similiar by then

          Thanks for sharing your thoughts mate, I am still on the fence as to whether to get the L5P 3070 or wait for a deal on a 2kg gaming laptop like Asus G15/M16/X16 but the Asus laptops are all >$3k.

    The L5P / Ryzen 7 5800H / 3070 for $2k - thanks for the post - looks like a steal? An equivalent desktop, wouldn't be saving a lot, right? (don't need a laptop just after performance for around $2k)

      Been hearing ppl saying that price will go down further.. Don't know if I should hold or not lol. But seems like a decent enough price haha. And don't know if I should get a desktop instead of laptop to save some money or for better performance. Ah hard to decide.

      Won't it be a hassle to reinstall all the correct drivers afterwards plus Win 10 will lose support later down the line?

      Why not just un-install the Lenovo bloatware (which I'm keen to know which are the ones myself)?

    Run into a weird issue with my new L5Pro with 3070 after finally getting around to setting it up last night,

    Laptop connected via USB-C cable to my 4K LG monitor with lid shut.

    When the laptop goes to sleep, every minute or so LG monitor would wake up displaying the input info and the laptop would make about 3 second long single beep.

    I haven't tried connecting the laptop to monitor via HDMI yet and wonder if it has something to do with the power delivery over the USB port while also being plugged in, google search wasn't very helpful besides suggesting downgrading the BIOS as I made mistake of installing the latest version using Vantage software.

    Has anyone had any weird issues with their new lappy?
