            • @CodeXD: I've had it not mention the multi-week deal completed on a number of weeks and so I keep the receipts for each shop and a scheenshot of the original 'activated' offer in the off chance something goes amiss.
              Never had to use them yet, touch wood.

            • @CodeXD: No it didn't show on the receipt that I had completed the weekly requirement.

                As soon as it didn't showed up on the bottom of the receipt, I know I will be on hold for 1 hour to get to flybuys support.

      • I wouldnt pay for a second month if you arent actually using it. I'd just call them after next monday (4 weeks after end of promo period) and ask for a point adjustment. They have usually honoured the bonus points offers.

      You should have received an email when you signed up. Otherwise log onto disney plus then Profile -> Account and it will tell you when it ends/your next payment date is.

        Pretty new to Flybuys card and app, only remember activating the Disney+ offer for 4000 points(not received), and the “Spend $100 on your first Coles online order" for 4000 points (received)…
        So yeah, no idea where this 3190 points come from… And the app isn't really helpful, it just states "Bonus Points"

    Just checked and still none. Cancelling the subscription tomorrow then raise an adjustment request with Flybuys next week.

    My next payment ($11.99) was due yesterday.
    I haven't bothered cancelling as it was an one time use card.

    To my surprise, my Disney+ subscription is still working. :-) (Probably not for long.)

      Yeah both Disney+ and Paramount+ work surprisingly long past payment failure.

      cuz they will try charging you for a few times before actually cancelling the subscription.

    I was told on the phone that the points will arrive on the 20th of October. I forgot to cancel the next month but I just live chatted them and they refunded me just like that, so if anyone else has done the same then quickly live chat them for a refund.

    • Yeah, I'd forgotten too - even though their website says no refunds, I managed to get one (maybe because it had just been debited the same day).

        The T&C only says to sign up to Disney+ to get the flybuys points, doesn't say we need to maintain subscription.

    I resubscribe disney plus with same email which I used few months ago. I cancelled it on the last day of my monthly subscription which was on 12th Oct. And today 15th Oct I have been credited with 4000 flubuys points in my account.
    Win!Win!

  • I also forgot to cancel my subscription, jumped on their live chat and they refunded me for $11.99 for the month I forgot to cancel, as well as $1.99 for the sign up promo haha. Their customer service is quite a pleasant experience.

    • You probably cancelled too early? I started on the same day and got my points yesterday, will cancel subs today.

      But you still have another 5 days of wait, if it doesn't come through maybe contact Flybuys?

    I've been going through the futurama episodes and got to season 8 when my subscription ran out. I can get the episodes elsewhere however disney plus had them in a different order than wikipedia, which means the episodes I have left are split up between different seasons. Can someone who still have access please let me know the episode titles in Season 8, 9, 10?

    Looks like the consensus are, if you cancelled the subs before getting the points, you're shafted

      No there's several people who cancelled before having the points show up in their flybuys account.

      There's also several people who are still subscribed and haven't gotten the points yet.

      So either flybuys are sending them out in batches or it's just usual flybuys inconsistency.

        Yep - that's what I did - see post below. They are obviously processing the points now, and it was the sign-up that made the difference not the keeping the account open. So if for some reason they don;t come through I'm sure flybuys customer service will fix it.

    • No. Cancelled both subs after a few weeks - received 4k on both accounts on 14th.
      Spaced the subs out. Could then watch for longer time - still watching 2nd account.

    I cancelled as soon as I added the membership and the $20 of flybuys points just got into my account so it did work out like we all hoped it would.
