    Are you guys waiting till the 20th or just calling them now? As someone mentioned that the points would arrive on the 20th of October.

    • The T&C said that the points would be sent out within 4 weeks of the promotion end date which was Sep 20.

      I called them and they said that they are aware of not everyone got points, they have to do manually and only they can add points after 30 days. Right now system doesn’t allow them to add points. So wait for next week.

        Do you know if that means they will be taking it upon themselves to add the points (ie. they know who is affected) or if people need to call..?

    Got my bonus points on the 13th, having cancelled in the 12th. Feel free to cancel if you signed up early it still works

  • FYI, I joined 19th Sep, received points 14th Oct and cancelled 17th Oct. Luckily I could finished She-Hulk. It was funny one month.

      Agree. The time I spent checking every few days and now having to chase up far exceeds the value of $20.

  • Joined Disney+ on 19th Sept (paid with debit card), cancel subscription on 18th Oct to avoid getting further charged, still haven't received the bonus points yet :-(

  • I got my points & had paid with a Credit card for the subscription, but two relatives haven't gotten theirs & they had both paid by Debit card.

    Logically, it shouldn't matter whether you pay by debit card or credit card, but I'm now wondering if paying by debit card somehow caused some type of glitch in Disney's or Flybuys' systems.

    I called them and they’ve passed it on to rewards team plus I’ve emailed on the 14/10 still waiting for a reply
    Even if you ring as soon as the phone line is open they keep you on hold a long time it’s really bad customer service

      Answer "No" to the faq "When will I get my points?"

      Fill out the form.

      On the two occasions that I had to chase up missing points they were quite quick to respond and fix. Make sure the email that you fill in is the same ones as your flybuys. This will let them check your emailed promos.

    This really sux I had to do this. Plus their service is appalling unsure if just backlog or slow in general. I had chased them up couple of weeks ago for a gift card, their website was glitching when I put in the mailing address and ended up having my street number twice on the address, I had emailed them about it to fix it and I still ended up receiving the gift card just fine and they then replied to my enquiry 1 week later. I ain't holding my breath they will get to these bonus points email enquiries.

      I emailed [email protected] a few days ago which is the email address I've used in the past to chase up similar claims. Nothing yet, but they do say they take around 5 business days.

    They chased it up with their partner Disney in this case and unexpectedly as doubtful as I was got it today 😅

    • Who or what avenue did you contact them with? I've tried both submitting an enquiry ticket, and through the faq form as mentioned by user cj3, been almosts 9 days and havent heard anything

          I called last week on around Wednesday and the lady said she had put the request through to their partners to assess the situation and sort it out, but I have heard nothing since and still haven't got the points.

      • They will get back to you their just very slow and need to verify with Disney I rang and emailed my subscription date

    Already got my points but still haven't cancelled my subscription because I used a coles mastercard on registration which does not have any balance now. Account is still active 10 days past renewal. Anyone on the same boat?

      • Me, too. And they have tried to deduct $11.99 from my gift card four times, but as it has a balance less than this it has been rejected.

    Haven't got mine yet. Flybuys is just crap. Ideally the points credit should be instant, forget that they won't even credit it by their promised date of 19th.

    Signed up 12/09 using NAB Debit… Cancelled 04/10..

    Contacted Flybuys CS via Phone (1hr waiting time) on 19/10 reg missing bonus points … Rep adv 'have sent off a request to have our partners team look into why you have not yet received your bonus points from your Disney Plus Day offer'

    Just checked my flybuys &.. 4K Points Credited on 27/10 ..

      Still haven't received mine despite emailing them over a week ago, and no response from the email. Ended up calling them this morning, 30 minute wait time. They didn't offer any explanation, but said they were putting a request through to customer service and said it should take a week to get the points.

    Did anyone get the points by raising it with support when their Flybuys email and Disney+ email were different? Just realised I didn't put in my disney+ email when I emailed FB Support

      I shared with their support all of my signup information direct from the email Disney sent me on the 28th of October and I've received no response and no points.

      • Damn I forgot to write it in my initial email now itll probably take double time.

      • I just called, waited over an hour on hold to be told that the email I sent them could not be found.

        Customer support said he needed to do some paper work and lots of other people have not received points. I am now on a list to be processed, which I don't think I was on before. Perhaps calling them is your best bet if you really want the points.

        I contacted them on 21 Oct, right after the promotion period finished. They took my details down and asked me to wait 3-4 business days. I didn't get anything for two weeks. As I said, at this point I wasn't gonna chase them up again. But then, I got the points on the 3rd of Nov.

    Called them (long wait to get through as always, ~40 mins), and was told it will take 5-10 business days for follow-up email / points to come through. Reminder set for 2 weeks from today.

  • Still no reply from flybuys. I emailed them on the 26 oct. slack.

    • Go ask them on FB else even make a post. I queried them there when I made a purchase online on the 25th and I had a promo to get 8000 points that ended on the 25th but the stuff was only ready for collection on the 26th. They said according to their t&c it has to be delivered/picked up on the date the promo ended but they did give me the points anyway. Might get a better response from them there.

    No response through email (after 5 business days) so emailed them again. Also sent a FB message last week that they've finally responded to this morning.

    Still no contact whatsoever, just ghosted me. Time to try Facebook I think.
    Calling FlyBuys, wow managed speak to a real person! Should live stream this rare event.

    But anyhow, apparently they said my account showed as ineligible for the bonus points, but couldn't explain to me why despite me signing up to Disney+ via the promotion link and showing all successful. Anyhow they submitted the enquiry to add the points and should see it within 5 business days, if still have not then I need to follow up again and apparently they need to speak with the team leader to get the authorisation to add the points. - Very bizarre, but meh.

  • I am chasing up as well. Finally got a response to an email I sent back on 24th October. They requested a copy of the confirmation email from Disney+ which I sent through. They suggested another 5 days….

    Neither me nor my wife got the points. I sent a message on FB last week but never got a response ( and their FB Page says they give immediate responses). I don't know why I bother with Flybuys they have the worst customer service and it's a pain to deal with them everytime they fail to credit points.

    And in the past I never managed to get them to correct their system if points are not automatically credited. This will probably be the same.

    • I sent my first fb message to them on 3rd, got a response this Monday asking for the Disney confirmation email, then another one today saying they'll look into it.

  • Been nearly 8 weeks since the promo ended (does say though points take up to 4 weeks to come through after promo ending) and still no points. Been nearly 18 business days too since I started emailing Flybuys to chase up the points, and other than them asking me to send in confirmation of my subscription, I've been ghosted…

    FINALLY got my points after sending them messages via their website and FB weeks ago - what a hopeless system.

      That seems to be the key and what you NEED to do, harass them for the points.

  • I'm wondering if the reason is because my email address used to sign up to Disney+ is different to my flybuys one. Of course, it shouldn't matter but I've not gotten the points either. Have contacted help with both email and follow up phone call. Now waiting.
