If you had your eyes set upon refurbished iPhones, Macbooks, Sony store TVs/headphones/cameras, etc, now is a good time to buy. Shopback (GYB) confirmed:

    Has anyone had this tracked yet? Usually eBay tracks within minutes, but I'm still not seeing anything after 3.5 hours.

    Starting to get worried that I've just bough a refurbished iPhone for the price of a new one.

      We typically see eBay orders track within 24-48 hours from purchase time.
      We ask you to allow up to 7 days for tracking, as we've had times where their tracking takes the full 7 days.

          Hey @corepda, I'm honestly not 100% sure here as this is a special setup we've done with eBay for refurb.
          I'd say that these promo codes/coupons will not invalidate the 25%, but if they do just reach out to me and I'll get our team to credit the 25% manually.

    Hey @gotyourback I just wanted to double check that it will track with the use of a gift card?

    I bought the $700 gift card first and then bought an item for $755, but the order total shows as $55 because of the gift card. Just a bit worried that I won't get the 25% on the full $755. Thanks!

    I have had a few bad experience, I really don't trust the tracking of shopback anymore. You buy it hoping that you get the cashback as discount. Then you found out later that it didn't track and then you are left with the refurb item.

      Hey all, it's a tad late so I won't be replying to DMs just now (I will respond to them in the morning).
      I've sent a message to my colleague to confirm this is normal and will provide an update here once I hear back in the morning.

      I am fairly confident that is intentional due to the fact that eBay doesn't usually pay a commission on refurbished items.
      Our team will likely be manually uplifting all "Calculating" orders that have been tagged as "Refurbished" by eBay to 25% Cashback.
