            The voucher is valid for 334 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day.

            Voucher validity
            You can activate your pass up to 11 months from the date of purchase by downloading the Eurail/Interrail Rail Planner app. The pass activation date is the date of first use (i.e. the first train you travel on)

                No dramas. Not sure if this info from Eurail helps further: You can actively use the Mobile Pass up to 11 months from the date of purchase.

                If you are worried about the expiration, we would recommend booking at a later date (we will continue to have promos in the future, keep checking!).

    Hi I am visiting Singapore in Jan 2023 and want to visit Garden by the Bay. When I book on Klook, it says

    Visitors are no longer required to pre-book their visit and time slot before their visit. Visitors must present a valid ticket upon entry to the attraction(s). Visitors will be denied entry if their e-ticket is invalid.

    However when I proceed to make the booking, I still need to select a “Planned participating date” which I can’t select past October 2022.

    So should I select a random date in October or am I not eligible for this voucher?

          • As Gardens by the Bay will have an event on in the Flower Dome & Cloud Forest from 28 October (Avatar) until 30 November, so tickets are not currently available for then. Klook will be selling these tickets soon!
          • The Floral Fantasy however is not affected

          The deal will not be available on the Avatar event, but on Flower Dome & Cloud Forest until 27 October and on Floral Fantasy until 9 November! As you're travelling at a later date, we recommend to keep an eye out for future deals.

          We are looking to make the wording on the page more clear. Once you go to the Disney website and make a reservation, that is considered "utilised" or "redeemed" so you cannot seek the Klook cancellation policy (i.e. free refund within 365 days or ticket expiry).

            We have some good news! We've spoken to Disney and adjusted the policy to make it even more flexible for customers.

            Ticket is fully refundable on Klook whether or not the customer has yet reserved via the Disneyland website ONLY IF:
            (1) the cancellation is made three hundred sixty-five (365) days from and after the date that of purchase;
            (2) the ticket has not exceeded the expiration date;
            (3) the ticket has not been used in full or in part; and
            (4) the ticket has not been modified or exchanged by the guest with Disney or another Disney Company.

      The code for the 20% deal will be revealed on the specific deal date and time listed in the post (e.g. Disneyland Park 20% off will be released at 9am tomorrow Oct 1)

      However this does not mean that you need to make your booking immediately at 9am when the deal drops - the code will be valid until midnight Oct 8. As long as you're able to add and redeem the code to your account, you can use it to make a booking anytime before midnight Oct 8.

      As for the 2-4-1 / B1G1 etc. all caps are stated in our T&Cs at the bottom of the page: https://www.klook.com/tetris/promo-bazaar/celebr8anz/

      The voucher must be redeemed at the park on or before the date selected when booking!

      You will need to wait until January calendar dates open up to book.

    Hey Op. Singapore Aquarium you stated is B1G1F. Why is the promo now only buy 2 get one free ?

      Our mistake on this one - the promo was always Buy 2 Get 1, and it's listed in our T&Cs as such, however we had a typo in the main call out. This has now been fixed, thanks so much for flagging.

    I tried enterting the promo code "8UNIVERS" for Universal Singapore but it says the promo code is not valid.
    I added the tickets + express pass to the cart and then proceeded to book now - this is where I entered the promo code.

        I bought directly from the website instead of Klook. Was cheaper with the Master Card deal.
