                @fseng: quick maffs but I think klook comes out to be about similar or wait….better? (Minus the free mastercard exclusive gift though.) For two people, the MC one is SGD 106+80+80= $286 AUD, and klook is 74.5+74.5+90+90 x 0.8= $263? Or am I totally missing something here

      Thanks for the question. Only one guest/person/unit will get the 80% off discount with the code. If you have 2 people, only 1 person's ticket will get the discount. So you'll need to be quick and get your mate to redeem the other one!

              @bluntman: Hi bluntman,

              I've personally been on the tour and it's a long day with lots of commuting - ferry, driving, boat. The roads are also quite bumpy and the ferry can be uncomfortable if it's choppy. The views are spectacular though and the island is amazing! But maybe with kids, it'll be a little more comfortable to do it at your own pace with a night stay on the island.

      JR Pass Exchange Orders may be refunded via Klook within 11 months after booking as long as the following conditions are fulfilled:
      - The Exchange Order has not been exchanged for a JR Pass
      - The Exchange Order has not been stolen or lost
      - Refunds are for unused Exchange Orders only. For redeemed JR Passes, contact the local JR offices instead
      - No refunds will be provided for cases of local schedule change, suspended services, and stolen, damaged, or lost Exchange Orders
      - No compensations will be given for expenses incurred due to accommodation, meals, and transportation

          There is no admin fee + no need to mail back, but proof that the vouchers were not activated will need to be shared to our customer service team.

    I’m keen to book tomorrow but looking for some clarity, anyone understand the Disney cancelation condition 1 if anyone can help? -Ticket is fully refundable on Klook whether or not the customer has yet reserved via the Disneyland website ONLY IF:
    (1) the cancellation is made three hundred sixty-five (365) days from and after the date that of purchase;

    Does that mean you can only cancel if it’s more than 1 year? Very confusing. Thanks in advance.

    Managed to get tonights deal just for myself for 3 hours.

    I was hoping to get it for a friend and I for 6 hours, but the deal didn't say anything about having a max savings of $50 (which is 80% off the 3 hour stay). Really think that should've been expressed beforehand.

      Any tips for people getting future 80% deals? I suppose one should get the code from the drop page and save/redeem the code first, rather than going to the deal, selecting the date/time for a deal and entering the code last.

        I had the booking page open (as in, item selected and i'm in the confirmation screen, where I can add the promo). And in another screen I had the Klook page open. Once it hit 8pm - I hit refresh on the klook page and immediately typed in the code and it worked.

        Don't quote me on this, but I believe as long as I type the code in (and it goes through), I get to use it. Because although I entered the code within 10 seconds, i actually ended up using it at 8:04 because I swapped the 6 hour lounge to 3 hours. I think you mentioned that the code was invalid at 8:01?

          I (stupidly) decided to do it on the app, so I couldn't open multiple pages/windows and I had to click from one page to another. At 8pm, the page on the app updated with the 80% code, so I then typed the code onto Notepad (again, stupid - my laptop was available), then clicked the deal, then selected my date and time, and then clicked to enter the promo code. After hitting redeem for the code at 8:01pm, I got the popup error saying it had reached max redemptions.

          So I think it's what you're suggesting - as long as you save the code, it is yours to (eventually) use. I guess I'll try that for the 80% Gardens by the Bay release day (and hope most Klook members have already visited the gardens. And also hope someone doesn't create several new accounts and save the 80% codes to them.)

    Hi I am trying to book ANDAMANDA Phuket Waterpark B1G1 and also looking at Orientala Spa in Patong for tonights deal for travel in December, but it looks like both deals only have ~30 days before expiry.
    Is this correct?

      For Orientala Spa in Patong, you will need to liaise with the merchant on their website to lock in the actual date of visit after you purchase the ticket from Klook. Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly at Orientala Spa to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot
