eBay Plus have updated their terms with us to say that Cashback isn't to be used in conjunction with any other offer, so it's a risk to try and redeem both Cashback and any vouchers offers they're running because whilst it'll likely track they might invalidate the Cashback at a later date, so I'd say use your discretion as to whether you try and stack here.

        Hey mates, sorry for the confusion there, yeah that's a notif we've just started trialling to help folks who might have forgotten to check out, but it doesn't account for tracking taking a short while to come through from some merchants, such as with eBay Plus where tracking can take up to 5 days.       I didn't get any notification but it seems quite annoying as I still have no tracking yet. If the reply is serious, then Shopback (or eBay) has provided misleading advertisement to boost their sales of the membership. Can we seek help from ACCC or Fair Trading?

        I would wait a see first, they did mention that it would track within 5 days or so, and from my experience some shop just tracks slower whilst others are instantaneous. Also never had problems with them in my case when i had to contact support for fix wrong tracking.

      No, you need to purchase the ebay plus membership only to qualify but some are saying that isn't tracking. (or only $5)

    eBay charged me $49 renewal just a few mins ago (yes sorry, I didn't cancel - here's my badge), hopped on live chat and within minutes they gave me a full refund. I'll be subscribing again with this deal :)

      Yes, they do a one-off refund for cancellations. After that you're on your own so remember to cancel. How do I know this? 😅

    Thanks OP I tried cancelling my eBay Plus to get this deal. But this was after my card got charged for the next year (silly me to keep forgetting these things), and to my surprise they are refunding this year's fee but 'plus' will remain active for free for another year. Win Win!

      Hey mate, sorry for the confusion, it sounds like the amount tracked is the amount for the Monthly subscription as opposed to the yearly. This should update automatically after the 5 day tracking period, but if not, shoot me a message on here and I'll chase this up for you.

        Hey mate, sorry for the delayed reply. I've been trying to take a little bit of time off over the holiday period.

        I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble here, it looks like a few users are experiencing some delays with the tracking of this one. I'd recommend using the "Enquire" function in your Cashback overview that shows the tracking for this one so that we can get some more visibility on the issue. I have asked our team to reach out to eBay Plus to see if this can be looked into on their end, as the Cashback needs to be validated by the merchant to be paid out which is what we're waiting on. Unfortunately I'm a little bit limited in what I can do to help individuals on this occasion, but I'm more than happy to ask our team to chase up these validations to get them seen to ASAP.

          Thanks for the reply. I have used the enquire button in shopback but am yet to get any further.

          As shopback and ebay have entered into a professional arrangement I expect some timely assistance from shopback and their representatives.

          Ive followed the rules stipulated and if I can no longer trust your service , my shopback and ebay subscriptions will disappear faster than a mothers panties on father day.

            @pointnlarf: Interesting way to put it, but loud and clear mate, I've had some users who have also experience delayed validation from eBay Plus get theirs validated since, so rest assured this isn't an issue where the Cashback won't be credited unless there's an invalidating circumstance (like your aforementioned stacking or if the subscription is cancelled.

            I've asked out team to reach out to eBay Plus here to help out ASAP.
