        Thanks that's working now but it is not allowing be to proceed further past the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Just keeps reloading the same page… any ideas?

    3 of one type of bean
    2 of another type of beans
    2 of the glass packs
    1 coffee canister

    Though, after checking out, it didn't show any of the extras, just the machine.
    Did your invoice show all the extras too?
