Get a supercharger they keep the batteries maintained and you dont have to worry about individual batteries as much.

I see how you like but I dont think its practical unless you are using all the time for most people - the only things hung on my wall are the cabinets (which I really like as you can hang four below them put a supercharger on top and still have room for stuff in the middle, the tools are too awkward to store like that so I use cheap ass wheeled toolboxes.

I'm going to Bunnings to pick up my C&C order now.
I bought one of these packs a few days ago.
inside the box is 2x 2 packs. I suspect that this is an effort to clear out old stock - all 4 batteries had only one bar of charge left.Seem to work fine though.
Easy to confirm how old they are, just look at the sticker on the bottom of the battery with the serial number on it. It tells you the manufacture date.

Mine are all week 43 2021 so around a year old.

Don’t do it. My 36v Ryobi feels like a toy compared to my 56v Ego.
Great package deals with free leaf blowers for the Ego LM1904 and LM2130, which can also double dip into the free battery redemption deals. Perfect time to buy.
My Ryobi mower feels fine (though my Ego Trimmer is brilliant). It does really matter what model you buy, though.

I had a 36v Ryobi mower from a few years ago and I agree, it felt like a toy.
However I just upgraded to their new model that (optionally) takes 2x 36v batteries and it is a much more powerful and substantial model than the old one. Definitely recommended now.
Depends on what model the old one was - if you got one of the cheaper ones, they really arent fit for purpose for a normal yard.
My Ryobi feels like a toy. It's very light.
BUT, it does the job with no issues for my back yard and front lawn.
Very happy with it.
Bunnings would let you return it. Just say it doesn't work well enough and isn't fit for purpose. They don't care as they just write it off on Ryobi anyway. I bought one almost 5 years ago and was going to do that if I wasn't happy with it but it turned out to be fine. So happy with it I've been considering upgrading to one of the new brushless models that have more power, wider cut path and larger catcher.
There is without doubt more powerful options available but anyone who says it can't do the job either hasn't used one or are trying to justify their own choice as superior to everything else.

Pretty good for a name-brand battery given the creep up of Workzone/Ozito over the years.
Except I've only got the garden blower and a rarely used circular saw lol. Still got the old 5Ah battery running ok (touchwood).

Well if you consider the CBD to be anything from Circular Quay to Central Station, you could call anything south of Pitt St Mall the south end IMO.
