Not sure which other stores this is available, but was on clearance (among some other pretty reasonable deals) in Pymble. Plenty of stock when I purchased (around 2.30pm today).

Nah. Many Bunnings staff across multiple stores said they only price match if it's been "deleted" from the store's system. I have more luck in the tools section before closing normally.
I've had other experience where they have refused to match as it is deleted and not carried anymore! It's a mess with price match.
@Clear: They are not "supposed" to offer anything. The deleted price is Australia wide. It is then up to each store how fast they need to clear stock and will drop prices further only if they want to. They also do not price match.
@stevco123: Different staff say different things obviously. They price match competitor's officially.

I guess that's one of my local store's own policies then. I've successfully used it countless times. Staff at their discretion can discount up to 50% off for deleted stock.
@Clear: Exactly. At their discretion. They do not have to, they're not "supposed to" as you implied earlier. They can, they have, but don't always. I have tried both successfully and unsuccessfully.
@NoApostrophePlurals: depends on the store …..different stores have different demographics and can move stock at different price points ….i have 5 bunnings close by and for some clearance items if one store runs out doesn’t mean other store will sell at the same price if they have stock ……

Ok, the store I went to told me that I could only get the clearance price if I bought the last 3 sets. So if anybody wants 1 or 2 twin starter packs for $65 and is around the Livo area, hit me up.
I could do with the 2 sets so let me know! If anyone else in the Sydney area, please let me know as my locals won't do a price match against them.

It's like an addiction getting these Ozito batteries. I have 6 and 4 chargers already.

the batteries accumulate if you buy the right bundles of tools …..bought 36v brushless lawn mower and it came with twin charger and 2x 4ah batteries ….already had batteries from drill bundles …..guess depends on how many batteries you need.
Now just need some brushless drills/impact drivers to go on sale.

Vermont South wouldn't price match. They said these are promo stock and not live, so once they're gone they're gone. If I wanted the 'clearance' price, I'd need to wait until they decide that they would clear the item towards the end of the promo, if they do at all. Basically, I'd need to take the risk of item still being in stock until such time.
$99.98 for this is still a great price. A single pack which they said is live stock is already the same price.
