    Just signed up recently to eBay plus with the voucher deals going around, $20 voucher for $5 for the year. Never really use eBay. Was going to buy something tonight with the $20 voucher, so you can’t use voucher and redemption come in same transaction?

      Context and timing. Its first thing Monday morning, start of a new week. There has been a lull of good deals in the last week, compared to the month before where it was running at full throttle.

      Post the same deal on a thursday evening in May when there's a glut of great deals and you'll probably get a fraction of the votes

      ebay gets special treatment here. Their almost-daily code refreshes (5%/7% off eligible items) are also allowed to stay up and hog the page without any specific bargains.
