              We both also helped another lady buying a switch for her daughter and told her about the price match, spreading the Christmas love!!

      Yep the Switch is still running very old hardware. I hope a Switch Pro and something more upgraded comes out soon.

      Yeah it's getting on a bit.

      But personally speaking, the Switch gets the most playtime in my household. Very convenient, great exclusives, loads of great multiplayer etc.

      Meanwhile my hefty and all powerful PS5 is more or less collecting dust until FF16 comes out.

      2012 cpu/2014 gpu for IP. 2015 (tegra x1) for hardware but got a node refresh and exploit update in 2019 (tegra x1+).

      Yes, the engine in my car is also old tech.

      The measure of a video game system is the software, not the hardware.

      The companies with no software have been pushing the "better hardware = better system" line for years, no one is buying it anymore.
