        Yeah was within seconds for me, too. Just got the $5 challenge completed now. The $15 challenge is showing "You almost got it, but other participants claimed all the rewards before you completed this challenge". Happy to get the $5, but not a great experience watching the claimed number go up while I'd already placed my order - saw it as low as at 0 and 12 claimed.

    They're getting an email from me. I was in right when the countdown went to zero, then bought within 15 seconds, probably more like 10. Shows 0:00 on my purchase which tracked the 2% cashback. Makes me wonder if "processing" time is the issue here, not when you actually tried to buy it. If that's the case, it's utter BS.

      Same, my mother purchased same time as me, within 1 minute of challenge opening, and hers tracked in 3 minutes while mine took 6 minutes. She used a credit card while I used debit. Maybe payment processing time issue?

      Tracking may take a short while to update, folks, so hold off for a moment as it may come through for you. There were a lot of folks queued for this one so it looks like this one got redeemed quite quickly.           same….I ended up purchasing two ebay gc as the first one was stuck as Pending, so no gc actually issued…I am pretty sure the second purchase got the $5 and no $15…I only received the email for the first $15 voucher come through at 5 am 5 hours after I purchased it…seemed to be a glitch in their system. Lucky I bought the second one, otherwise I might have missed the $5 as well

            @souths123: Hey mate, thanks for reaching out here, I've had a look at your account and can see the purchases here, these challenges can take a short while to track so I believe the $5 Bonus has tracked based on your original purchase, and not the one made a few minutes later, your first purchase tracked only a few minutes after purchasing at 00:00, so I think the email to notify of tracking was delayed but the tracking itself was not. Sorry that you've missed out on the $15 Bonus on this occasion, I'm chatting with the tech team to look into any potential issues that might have been present here at the moment, it looks like there may well have just been a lot of folks redeeming at the same time that's caused a bit of a jam/delay in our system in terms of redemption here.

      So do you award the spots based after some "processing" time or when the person actually made the purchase? I went in right as the countdown went to 0 and bought my GC within 15 seconds (maybe even 10 seconds). Then it was just pending after that. Only got $5. At least one other person on here mentioned purchasing slower than this and getting tracked faster and getting $15.

      What's up with that?

        Yeah I had checked out and kept refreshing the $15 page and even after my transaction went thought it still said their was 32 available. then I got an alert I had completed the challenge and it was only $5!

      Does it make any difference for tracking for payment paid by debit card and credit card? Because family member made the purchase after me got tracked for both $15 and $5. I used debit card but only got $5 tracked. My tracking came through 13 or 14 mins later. Hers came through within a few mins.

      Something is not quite right.

        I found that mine got stuck as a pending item in the gift card section when I did it at midnight. I did another purchase a few minutes later to be sure, that one worked straight away and I got the $5 bonus for that, but all $15 slots were already gone, but the first gc email came through at 5am??…so, why I didn't get the $15

    Hi OP, I managed to buy 3 X $5 super swap cards before the $15 challenge ended (it was showing like 200 claimed at the time) but by the time the cashback tracked it says 'all rewards claimed'. Is there anything you can do to assist?

      It was like that before they started the queuing system. However, they received a lot of complaints. Queuing system is nice because it gives more chances for a lot of people which I personally prefer.

    I wonder if the 00:00 purchases were not tracking properly? Purchased a $25 super Swap as soon as it opened up. Got regular tracking almost immediately but no tracking for $15 or $5 challenge. Gave it 5 odd minutes then panicked and bought an eBay $15 and that tracked both regular and bonus almost immediately.
