Portable Mini Air Pump US$21.60 (~A$31.80) Delivered @ Factory Direct Collected Store AliExpress

210

On sale and cheaper than last time is this good alternative to the popular Xiaomi Portable Air Pump 1S with a few improvements over the Xiaomi. This includes a higher flow rate of 25L/min instead of 15L/min, an additional 4 different nozzles and the units can be set to PSI/KPA/BAR and kg/cm² instead of just PSI and BAR.

This portable air pump can go up to 150PSI, has an inbuilt light and a 2000mAh battery with USB-C charging. These are really good for topping up the tyre pressure on your bike, electric scooter, EUC etc. and even topping up some car tyres in an emergency.

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate, GST inclusive and stacks with cashback. Max 2pcs per customer.

Be wary. A 1-star comment says:
" I pumped it up and the beer bottle."

    • I expected to see a Russian underwear selfie in that review like they usually do and was disappointed to find it was a Korean reviewer with a weird looking beer bottle.

  • I wonder if there are some really tiny ones available (like below 200 grams or maybe even 100). I searched ali backwards and forwards and could not find any.

    • They're all about the same size to be able to do 150PSI. I think if you want something really small then you might have to settle for a mini hand pump.

      • 50 psi would be more than enough for me…

        • Fumpa make really small ones.

  • I don't see this acheiving ample pressure for very long.

    • How much is ample pressure? Mine lasts forever.

      • For me I'd want to use it at it's maximum claimed pressure.

        • It can pump at 150PSI no problem.

          • @Clear: For how long?
Long enough to use it to dust etc?

The tiny package wouldn't allow the thermal load to last for more than a few minutes without damage.

This is one of the compromises of the design.

I don't see it acheiving the claimed 150psi either, more like 120psi max, perhaps and dropping significantly as soon as air is used, the pressure wouldn't be able to be maintained either so a constant pressure of 30-50psi is more likely.

If I'm wrong than this cheap compressor can do what no $600 compressor can.

@[Deactivated]: This isn't what you think it is. It can inflate something like a tyre up to 150psi.

          • @Clear: I find that Baabaaraa tends to burst at around 80psi, even when I gaffa tape the seams.

            • @M00Cow: Yeah there is no way it's inflating anything to 150 psi.

              80psi is impressive.

    Got 2. Thanks

  • expired? link not working any more

  • Thanks for the deal Clear. How does the build quality of these compare to the Xiaomis? I've had the Xiaomi 1 and 1S and been happy with them. Although a little slow for pumping up the car tyres. 25/L seems like a decent upgrade over the 15/L on the Xiaomi.

Build quality feels more premium on the Xiaomi but they more or less function the same. It definitely fills more quickly with this.

      • Thanks Clear. I've picked one of these up. Appreciate the post.

  • For e scooter bicycle car tyres and sports balls what would be better this or the xiaomi 1s?

    • +2

Either are really fine. This comes with a few extra nozzles like one suitable for a football. Just don't expect to be able to fill 4 car tyres from flat with this due to the battery life.

      • Which has a bigger battery example able to hold charge longer?

        • They're both 2000mAh so it's hard to say.

  • is there any attachment to pump basketball?

    • Yep a pump needle.

  • Thanks. Bought one.

  • Thanks, got one. Don't forget to add a quick release nozzle adaptor before checkout.

  • Do these small pumps generally work better or worst than the Ozito PXC high volume inflator?

    • They're a different kind of product altogether. You can't set a PSI level on the Ozito so they're no good for filling up tyres. However the Ozito is good for inflating things like an air mattress which this won't.

      • Thanks, that's good to know.

I rarely need to use something to fill up tires so usually I need it for ball/pool inflatables/air mattress for camping etc. In that case, i guess the Ozito one is a better fit.

      • Maybe an early version didn't have it, but I bought an Ozito PXC pump from Bunnings last month and it has a small LCD readout and buttons that allow setting a PSI with auto shut-off. The 'trigger' moves one way for auto and the other way for manual pumping.

My reason for buying the Ozito was due to the partial failure of a very similar cordless pump from Amazon (https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?orderId=813870090…) It worked for a few months of occasional car tyre top-up use, but then started misreading the actual pressure along with failing to stop automatically. The pump and air hose got very hot after pumping a couple of PSI into one tyre and the fine thread on the valve connector wasn't durable - became too easy to cross thread.

The Ozito PXC pump is about 10x faster and hasn't failed to accurately measure the pressure and stop.

  • How long would you expect to reach home once order placed?

  • any attachments included that can be used with a presta valve?

  • Price seems to have gone up to ~$53 now (inc. GST), be aware. It looks like it went up in between when I put 2 in my cart and clicked the Go button :(

  • Awesome, just picked one up for $27.04 delivered.

  • Has the price gone up?
