How is that possible? I just ordered and it got delivered to me in 30 minutes. But I personally went to that restaurant a lot and I know their cooking is quick so great food. But one mistake I did was I ordered without knowing it doesn't come with rice lol. Now I'm waiting for my rice to eat my meal =/.

But it's kinda weird they did that tho. Most of the restaurants I know when I dine in always prioritise take away orders. Maybe the restaurant he order from is new in the business?
it was probably a busy night for the restaurant and they prioritized restaurant orders because they have to pay commission to delivery hero, whereas they can get 100% money and tips if they went with restaurant orders :L
It all depends on the restaurant you choose. I work at a pizza shop that delivery hero takes orders for and all they do is call us up and tell us the order in the exact same way other customers can call and order. It's entirely up to the specific restaurant you ordered from to actually make you a decent meal and deliver it to you, so if that's the problem I would recommend not eating from that place again.

My first experience with these guys was terrible. I waited 3 hours for food to arrive and multiple phone calls. The delivery guy said to order directly with the restaurant if I wanted fast delivery. Restaurant prioritised orders that went through the restaurant over deliveryhero.
