    Finally I received my Q930B sound bar after they cancelled my delivery 3 times in a roll…box looks ok no damage but haven’t opened it yet, hopefully no issue inside !

        • You're in for a treat. Put sound mode to adaptive, pkug hsmi into Earc, increase the rear channels, and activate bass enhancement.

        I'm also in same situation but expected delivery date is till tomorrow apr4th, so we can raise a dispute against it. I'll try tomorrow and update everyone on how I go. May be you ask can try that as well

            @frostydog: Raised the dispute as 'Item not received' today since it past the delivery date. From today we can raise it on our own and if the seller didn't respond, eBay will initiate the refund.

      It's legit Samsung, I've been talking to them via phone and online chat. They are just useless, they changed delivery systems and partners (what they told me via phone).

      ANC should be doing the deliveries but are waiting for Samsung to give them a date to pick up the stock. Samsung says it's in stock, but can't provide an ETA and it's been escalated to their back office team about 5 times and still no update. A complete disaster and shocking company

  • There were 16323 clicks through to this deal, probably 100 TVs or so sold (maybe even more) and yet apart from maybe 3-4 people who did get delivery, is everyone else waiting?

    Is there a way to do a poll to find out just how many are still waiting for deliveries?

    I fear that if we let this go to an extra few weeks Credit card chargeback will no longer be an option if they fail to materialise with the stock and then good luck trying to get them to issue a refund.

    • I got my sound bar on the following Tuesday for what it's worth. Although I wasnt expecting it until early April based on the delivery time which was stated when I purchased

      I escalated with eBay asking for my money back. I will do the same thing with PayPal.

      I missed on a really good LG tv sale because I was waiting for my Samsung TV to turn up.

    For those who need refund, from today, you can raise the dispute as 'Item not received' from eBay order page —> more actions option, since it past the delivery date of Apr 4th. Ebay confirmed that if the seller didn't respond within 3 days, eBay will initiate the refund it seems. My email shows till Apr 12th to get it resolved. Lets see how long this takes to get the refund🤞

    Managed to get onto Samsung chat finally by hitting it exactly at 9am when it opens. So I can now login to Samsung order tracking which lists delivery for Apr-15, but status is still just 'accepted'. I guess I need to decide if I should initiate an eBay dispute or just wait…

    • How can we get to the order tracking on the Samsung website? Ill do the same and if there is no delivery shown for the next few days then I'll cancel the order

        The Order ID is the ebay order number.
        However the email it asks for is a randomly generated ebay email. The live chat person changed the address to my personal email so I can now access using that

        • Thanks. Got the details through Live Chat. It shows my order as "Arrives on 16/03/23 Standard Road Delivery" :( …The Live chat person also had no idea when it will ship.

          At this point it appears there is no stock (and I'm guessing no likelihood of any new stock given the TV is presumably no longer being made) so I wonder if they will string us along for a few more weeks before we are forced to lodge a dispute with Ebay to get a refund.

            @djz: They did mention they would escalate my order to the local manager or some such thing. Whatever that ends up meaning. I think I'll give them a little longer to see any updates on that order page or I'll start the ebay refund process

              @iMangles: @iMangles Ha ha yep they told me the same thing twice before back in March when I enquired after they abruptly cancelled the scheduled delivery :) I suspect it's the usual overseas call centre way of dealing with things by referring to some magical back room staff that "will follow it up" :P

    I bought a TV with Samsung ecommerce from another deal mid March and have been having the same problems people who bought from eBay are/were having. I asked them to cancel yesterday via the chat, they said it doesn't have an option to cancel and they would escalate it, which means nothing because they escalated before when the first delivery got cancelled and I didn't get anything from Samsung. All in all, I raised with the credit card to revert the transaction, explained everything that happened and am now waiting to see if that'll help to get the money back. So annoying.

  • As an aside, saw a friend's samsung, and the UI looks trash, much prefer the sony android experience, are they all clunky?

      I suspect the same thing will happen to all of us. They will hold on to the money as long as possible and whenever we get sick of it and put in a query to find out what’s happening they’ll magically just refund us the money

    2 days ago I reported to eBay indicating that the item has not been received, but I would like to still keep the order and asked for an ETA. I did not get any response, and Samsung has now issued a refund today. What a joke.

    Ordered 75"BU8000 on 23rd Feb from this deal. Sent an eBay message this morning specifically saying I don't want a refund but what is is the estimated shipping date.
    Received a refund a hour later with a generic "we're sorry you didn't receive your item" note.

    Gave Samsung a call last week, asked for an update on where my item was. Was put forward to the e commerce department, they said it would be escalated to their back office case manager and I would get an update in 2-10 business days. I never got an update, but this week they scheduled a delivery for the 4th time by ANC and it has actually been delivered.
    Got to say I was overly nice when I spoke to everyone at Samsung, and looks like it paid off.

    Tried waiting as long as possible but had a delivery estimate for Saturday while I'm away. So submitted an update request on eBay. Item was refunded an hour later. Mostly disappointing that I waited 7 weeks and 1 update request I was refunded. I actually wanted the TV and was willing to wait for it

    After seeing all the TV deals just before and during Easter I decided to request a refund through eBay on this one. I wasn't happy with the lack of an actual response from Samsung after being told the item was allocated and enroute only for the delivery to be cancelled each time. The courier ANC never actually received posession to deliver the tv to me. I don't like being lied to.

      • No idea, rang awhile ago they insisted there was a TV with my name on it and now no stock lol Was given option to cancel and buy from Bing Lee at twice the price.

          Similar situation to me. Confirmed 3 times there was stock and one allocated to me. Day before delivery due (friday/sat just been) called them ask what time my delivery is and there is no stock. Supplier hasn't answered when there will be stock.

          Submitted ebay refund yesterday and received refund email today and negative feedback on ebay.

          Was happy to wait it out as well. Even if it was another month, but not being able to tell me when there would be stock was a deal breaker for me.

    I filed a Paypal claim for the S95B as Samsung had gone AWOL. Paypal ruled in my favour.

    • I'm getting tempted to do the same thing…I am becoming increasingly uncomfortable waiting months for the tv to appear because if it doesn't then I won't even be able to do a chargeback or file a claim.

      Does anyone know what the maximum time you can wait with Paypal and Ebay before you can no longer file a claim?

      • During Easter, TGG was able to offer a new 65' S95B for ~$1.8k delivered which made it a no-brainer for me. As bad as TGG customer service is, the presence of a physical store ensures you can chase them on warranty/ defect issues. Samsung's no-response attitude is very concerning if there are any warranty issues.

        I think the chargeback time for EBay and PayPal is quite long. Ebay ensured me they have a money-back guarantee but wanted me to wait 1-2 weeks for Samsung to respond (after buying the tv 2 months ago) so I went straight via PayPal.

          • @BuyNow Think Later: I basically called the sales line and bluffed Samsung EPP was offering me the tv for 1.8k or something. The sales lady was able to offer something like $1760 or something. I think the key is to call when they have 20% off store wide. They seem to be able to discount a price-match item by that. TBH its very luck based because i tried getting Q990b for sub 1k and wasnt able to. When i went to the store to pick tv up, the salesperson there was annoyed at the sales line peoplw and was ranting to his manager about how stupid they are to offer me the tv for almost as low as an employee discount. Was annoyed at me as well for some reason.

            FYI i also got my refund from PayPal for the Samsung order.

    I have spoken to Samsung again today. The rep basically said there is no stock AND that the order status no longer says what it used to say which was alternating between awaiting despatch and ordered but now is permanently stuck and she didn't think it was going to get fulfilled.

    So I think this categorically shows that there is ZERO hope any unfilled orders will actually come and they just won't bother to contact us.

    So I suggest start filing your Ebay and Paypal claims.

  • So that panel I cancelled that never arrived.

    ANC gave me a sms saying it will be delivered same day I got a refund. Apparently panel sold to someone else, fair enough.

    Day of delivery got 3 phone calls saying they were going to pick up a panel from my work. I was WFH, i never received the panel, original delivery address was my home.

    I still have a 75" Qled on order, will cancel once I find a decent panel. Looking at LG OELD 77

    I received my OLED 65" a week ago. Box was in perfect condition, but after setting everything up, we noticed that stand is dented and there was a dead pixel in the top corner. Definitely a shame for a 3 month wait. Going to call them for the 3rd time in a week for even more followup. Fun times
