              • @Raymond92: I called Samsung and they checked into it and that it was still with DB-Schenker. Supposedly cancelled doesnt mean the order itself is cancelled, just hasn’t been processed for delivery?

                  • @Raymond92: Ebay order number, the consignment number they gave me was the item number + three letters at the start.

                    They said the DB tracking (which I’d already seen) said order cancelled, but the order itself should be fine and is due in 2 weeks? So will have to wait and see I guess

              • @Raymond92: Yes it was exactly same as order number and I called ANC on 0286031945 but due to wait times, I asked them to call back but didn't receive any call. However I used the online link to choose the delivery date which was sent over the SMS.

    I ordered a S95B and received a text like many others today from ANC to request a delivery date. ANC only offered tomorrow or the day after. I need it delivered on a Monday so they told me to contact samsung. Called samsung and quoted the ebay order number which they are able to easily track and find. Have now put in a request with samsung to amend the delivery date. Hopefully delivery goes smooth.

    This is a joke.. I spoke to ANC a few hours ago, and confirmed it will be delivered tomorrow.
    Just now, they called back and said Samsung have cancelled all their deliveries through ANC. And now I have to call Samsung for more info.
    What a shamble…

      Then when contacting Samsung via chat:
      As per checking your order has been updated on shipping preparation and currently Samsung was looking for a new courier for your order to be delivered. We do apologize as I needed to escalate this to our logistic team for you to received an update within 2-10 business days for the tracking information.

      So looks like in 2-10 business days, I’ll get another update to my email address.

        If through ebay, what number did you provide for them to track the status?

        • I tried calling Samsung with my eBay order number and they could not find that number in their system. It needs to start with a ‘18’ apparently. They said I need to ask the eBay store for the Samsung order number, and as we know they are out of office until the 25th of March.. what a load..

          Thru eBay and I gave them my eBay order number. Maybe phone team is diff to online chat team because I found the online chat to be helpful compared to what I’m reading about their phone centres!

              Then waited a bit to click on floating avatar “Need Help? Talk to Samsung People”

              Then “Order” as an automated msg

              When connected with an agent, I said “I’d like to track my order from Samsung eBay. ANC called me to say the delivery has been cancelled and to contact Samsung for further details.”
              The agent asked me for my eBay order number and went from there.

                I ordered a QN90B on 22/02.
                Then they almost immediately went on 'out of office'…

                Fast forward to today, and I've had no response from them.
                Using the steps above, Samsung told me outright that there isn't even stock available, and there will be no restocking of my TV either.
                They've cancelled my order on their end, and now I just have to wait for Samsung ebay to do the same, so I can get my refund in full.

                What a shamble! Never again. If its too good to be true, it probably is.

                • @FullM3tal: Around 3pm today I got a refund confirmation from eBay, which means it should clear in my bank early next week.

                  Good thing, as the TV sales have started today.

                  I got the Sony 42” OLED. I’m not messing around with unreliable eBay sellers again.

  • Same here, spoke to ANC and they said the SMS was "sent in error and that they no longer do deliveries for Samsung and that I should call Samsung"…when I told them to provide me a number to call they didn't have one.

    He said "we have been dealing with calls all day about the Samsung deliveries to tell people it was an error. I said "well how about you geniuses send out another SMS saying to ignore the first one and providing instructions on who to call" because that might save 100 people being on queue to talk to you to be told it was a mistake? Sounded like an overseas call centre…How these companies stay in business is a miracle.

    ANC driver backed their truck into my work van, the driver come up and apologized. then the driver claimed he didn't do it when the insurance went after him. watch your delivery's people shady company

  • I got the sms with link to anc site showing delivery on 7th. Im not at home that day so can i reschedule?

  • If no one home will they send the item the post office so people can pick up on weekend ?

    • They won't as only AusPost can do that. They may send it to their depot for collection however it's best to arrange a delivery date when you or someone is present at home.

  • Based on the last few reviews/feedback left on eBay, I think we have very little chance of actually receiving our orders.

  • My concern is that they don't even respond to ebay messages. I just want to ensure my order is cancelled. How can they just shut down?

    The customer representative said it was going to be delivered by ANC and that I will receive a text confirming date (which had happened) and a call on the day of delivery.

    I'm a bit concerned as some people have said ANC have flat out said they aren't working for Samsung any more, but I guess I'll find out on Monday!

    • This is just such a bizarre situation. Hopefully we'll find out tomorrow if some people have theirs delivered or not

    • my SMS said its booked for delivery on the 7th, SHENKER DB still saying Sales Order created for warehouse outbound but that might just mean the order is being processed and as its not due for delivery on 7th Wed, status wont update closer to that date. Lets see.

      I am also concerned though reading about ANC not doing deliveries anymore, if thats the case then this is one giant mess.

      Hope we all get what we ordered soon.

    I have received an SMS from Samsung this morning that my soundbar(Online order) is on the way and ANC delivery tracking shows 'On Board'. Yesterday it was showing 'Order Created'. Looks like ANC is delivering this order. I'll confirm again.

    Yeahhhhhh, Soundbar indeed got delivered just now by ANC. The delivery guy even told me that they do only Samsung deliveres and there were few TVs and Soundbars loaded onto the truck. Hopefully we all receive the delivery as per their SMS? But not sure why ANC said that they don't do Samsung deliveries or cancelled by Samsung. Something really not aligning here. I hope my TV order as per tracking is to be delivered on March 6th and everyone gets their delivery including mine.

      • This is a Samsung online order that was delivered by ANC. But My TV delivery is scheduled for Monday which was was ordered in eBay(Box damaged)

          • @boxall: No it's a separate one from Samsung online. But even with that, they didn't provide any update and there was a message on the order saying that they are doing some operational change and can't delivery until next week. But ANC delivered it today and I'm expecting the damaged box TV on Monday as per ANC.

    Spoke to Samsung and they have confirmed that "ANC has canceled the order" and that they are "escalating it to their logistics team to find an alternate courier and the escalation will take up to 10 business days"…

    What a shambles…you'd think if they planned to cancel the contract for ANC for deliveries (as someone knowledgeable in this thread said they had done recently) you would have already arranged an alternative company to take over your deliveries!

  • This is an absolute shambles. After being told delivery was going to occur today…. I have been told the following via samsung live chat:

    After reviewing your order status and our system, I can see that your order is ready to be dispatched as I can see the courier cancel the delivery, and we are now looking for the new courier to deliver your order. Once we find the courier and ship your order, you will be notified of the delivery, and the courier will contact you prior to the delivery date to confirm your availability.

    followed up with:

    Unfortunately, there is no courier assigned to your order as our back office team is still looking for an available courier.

    I got a refund on ebay sent to me without any other details…..

    • And live chat has confirmed my order was cancelled due to no stock. A week after they sent a shipping confirmation email and I sold my old TV, yikes

          I had a shipping confirmation and tracking number, I was told it was coming in the next few days so I had to clear the space haha. Usually getting a tracking number/shipping confirmation is enough for me

        • Samsung hadn't even told me it was cancelled. Just got had a refund arrive through ebay and the support guy at Samsung was just as confused to if it was cancelled or not, he had no idea. Told me to re-order another one from the Samsung site for double the price

    Just contact ANC on 0286031945 - no wait time - (est delivery is Apr 4) and I was told the TV is being delivered this friday due to Samsung changing their warehouse. (Im in VIC)

    • I had also contacted them now and they confirmed that my delivery will be on March 6th as per tracking SMS. Fingers crossed for Monday. (I'm in NSW)

    Well, bad news. My delivery scheduled for today (had received 2 text messages from AMC confirming delivery) was cancelled/unsuccessful. Reason: Not handed over. A picture of a warehouse floor and a signature provided.

    So at this point it appears no one has had their order from this deal delivered.

      • Not sure why I've been downvoted. But there's only been 1 person. Not sure how that's "quite few ppl". One person prior to my comment ordered from the Samsung Online store (ie, not from this eBay store deal and completely unrelated) and the only other person which commented after me has; ie, no one else.

        Not to mention I ordered 2 days prior to this deal, so one would imagine I should be one of the first to be delivered.

    • You can only request to cancel - doesn't mean the order will be cancelled.

    Dont know why people are upset, its said delivery was by April 4th. They were upfront about shipping taking time.

    Ps ANC confirmed delivery on 7th March, one month earlier than the expected shipping date when I pressed buy.

        For me when something is much cheaper than RRP then something needs to give. If you want something right away, then pay full price, want something cheap usually takes time.

      • ANC updated with a morning window of delivery. So believe the courier company or some rando on the internet

        • same happened to me, delivery window was adjusted to 11am to 2pm vs before it was all day.

          • @Omarko: said 1 month delivery time window and we're getting it next week, people should be happy. Only be concerned if a delivery deadline is missed.

            Always lag with Samsung, bought quite a few things through their website, it takes time, its a massive operation.
