                I joined OzB in 2014 to read the comments on a specific credit card for overseas travel. In 2021, I asked about a tv. Didn't visit OzB much until last year.
                Looking at my history, I've only started commenting regularly since Sep 2022 (most of my 897 comments). I posted 13 deals this year only. I've written some more deals but other members have posted them a few minutes earlier so I deleted them.

                      You can do this yourself, there is a button right under the ad to hide all his future posts so you never see them again every 4-5 times they appear a year. Takes 2 seconds to click.

                      Then again you tagged the wrong person, so you clearly have difficulty using basic features on this site. The upvote ratio clearly shows more people appreciate these posts. The majority of users don't have to be inconvenienced just because a minority refuse to use the hide button and use these posts as an excuse to throw temper tantrums for attention.

      If this is true for his orders history or if it can be proven, sure. Again, people have dropped thousands of dollars on videos like these so the 'was' price isn't exactly ridiculous and it would be safe to assume he has a decent amount of these in a year. People whingeing keep saying these posts are spam, but in reality they are posted just a few times a year and would barely be a source of profit if he only relied on selling them at the 'sale' price if you do a bit of basic math (6 posts in 12 months x 100 spots x $10USD ~= $6000… oh the humanity, this man is truely an opportunistic monster.)

      Also it's amusing imagining someone going through the trouble of submitting a complaint against bmt to the ACCC, or even going through the trouble of digging info for possible ACCC breaches over $15 meme videos.

          You are just looking at his post history and not actually counting the frequency in a year and the amount of available spots. Basic math suggests these 'deals' make less money in a year than what some of us make in a month or fortnight and he does indeed rely on full price sales to make a decent income (as do many other creator on the platform). But then again basic math is too complicated for you I guess.

          Also not every buyer has time to follow and wait for sales, especially if they are content creators themselves and use these videos as a means to generate income. To many people, $100 is a drop in the bucket. Then again that might be too complicated to comprehend too I guess, particularly for boomers hunched over their monitors for hours daily waiting for eneloop sales so they can get a mini adrenaline rush over saving $2.
