You won't be able to renew immediately .au domains need to be in what's referred to as the renew period which is the last 90 days of your domains registration term.
If it is, you'll be able to apply a renewal.
Zero info on the website…. Major red flag for me.

Yes there is. You can even get there shop front location.
What info is missing that you would want from a domain registrar?
Technically they're not a domain registrar they're a wholesaler as they're using Newfold Digital's Crazy Domains Wholesale Platform and they are using what's referred to as a storefront functionality all the company information is probably on the main site here
