I've had one for a couple of years now, has held up really well. No wear & tear despite gaming lots and working from home. I use a Logi g502 hero and its super smooth.

        Legion is one of the more muted gaming laptop brands out there imo. 90% plain Gunmetal grey and just a logo in caps, with a stylised O that sometimes has lights/RGB

          Hmm, I really can't agree with that. I like the minimalistic design, but the laptops have the huge "LEGION" branding at the back of the laptop, unlike some brands which take a very minimalistic simple approach. Even their phones have always emphasized the Legion branding quite a bit… A little over the top

            @Zackeroo: Fair enough. I was thinking Alienware head, Razer snakes, light up ROG logo, etc. and think Legion is pretty tame in comparison.

              @FireRunner: Ah alright, in my opinion those logos aren't as intrusive as the word "legion" in all caps. I don't mind the Alienware or Razer logo - and ROG doesn't bother me too (ironic we're discussing ROG considering you are the reason I own my G14 Zephyrus heh)

                @Zackeroo: I don’t really mind the Logos either but imo the Legion branding doesn’t stand out but each to their own.
                On the G14, the plain lid ones are really discrete but the ones with the “AniMe Matrix” are probably the most over the top laptop lid ever. I’d don’t really care about gamer-y logos but with the Anime Matrix, I’d probably turn off in public lol

Ironically, I wanted the aniMe Matrix on mine, but considering it was bought from CeX, they hadn't detailed anything about which specific model this was. I feel the aniMe Matrix has the potential to be over the top, but considering you have full control over what you want to display, you can just put something minimalistic on the back and it would actually look quite nice.

                  To each their own. We both are clearly on the opposite ends of the 'target market', but at least we both agree that the G14 is an excellent laptop :)

        The amazon ones are 1.8mm/2 mm thick. Legion one is 3mm thick. Doesn't sound like much, but 3mm is significantly better.
