    I don't get it.
This was posted after @eug post however their's got marked as a duplicate?
    Very confusion.

    • click the duplicate.
      different deals on memory etc

    • +6

The other one got marked as duplicate because it listed the exact same item in the title e.g. 128gb for $899.

Mine lists the other models that the OP from 128gb deal didn't post.

I absolutely get your point. It should all be in 1 post, which is how I originally had it because all 3 capacity are discounted and all 3 are deals. However because the first post didn't have them in title, this one gets to stay up.

      • +1

Ah huh, well that was a perfect explanation, thank you :)

        • +1

I was a minute too slow getting all the storage option and prices in title.

My link also goes to all flip4 range whereas the original only goes to 1 colour for 128gb.

  • surely should be combined with the 128GB post

    • +6

      two different user.
look at me im answering questions.
      where the (profanity) is jv

      • +7

The difference between you and jv however is that you actually answered the question you replied on.

        • +2

answered the question we replied on?

      Sometimes happens

often see separate deals per the product title posting after a description or comment

  • What do users who post the deal get with here clearly the one who posted first gets marked as duplicate

Is there any financial benefits for a deal poster
    Can anyone explain please

    • Whichever post is more thorough stays up as per the OP's explanation above.

    • +3

Absolutely nothing. Just want to share deals with community.

I think top post for the month used to get gift cards? But I didn't see it mention in the Feb report so not too sure.

But I do it for the community :p

OzBargain is wild, man. It doesn't take much to upset people.

    • Fame and glory of course.

  • now I can literally walk around flipping my lid

  • +1

whoa that's a good price. I just bought the 128gb version during the telstra day deal a few weeks ago doh

  • +1

Thought it was fold 4. Got excited.

    • I would jump on a fold. I don't get the point of this.

      • +3

Some people like this flip design, like a remind of the pre-touchscreen era flip phone like the old motorola razr (not the new razr line recently). Also it flipped form can fit nicely in small women pockets as well, while the normal size one can be a bit stretching.

        • -1

It doesn't "flip" like the old phones. You need two hands to open. There's no spring-loaded hinge.

Z Flip is a bit of a dud to be honest.

          • @cerealJay: Yeah it doesnt flip the same way but still, it flips lol. Honestly this is a matter of taste, there is no right or wrong here. Samsung Z Flip line is the best selling foldable right now so I dont think it's a dud with the majority. However as an owner of both flip 3 and fold 4, I do enjoy the fold form way more than flip

            • @Masticccc:

              it flips lol.

"Flip" is a misnomer. It's more of a folding action. I own the Flip 3, but stopped using it and regret buying. For me it's a dud.

It's never "ready to use" instantly. You have to first prize it open. I went back to a phone that doesn't require as much effort to physically interact with every time you need to use it.

          • +1

@cerealJay: It's a perfect form factor for pockets, those weird nooks in cars etc

            • @hotphil: Not really. It's much thicker than a normal phone, twice the thickness. So it's very lumpy in a front jeans pocket for example.

              • +1

@cerealJay: Is fine in my pocket. Kinda same as a cigarette pack. Certainly less annoying than an unbendable rectangle in there (and keeps the lines my tailor intended looking good)

                • @hotphil: Cool. I don't want a pack of ciggies in my pocket - too bulky for me.

I'm waiting for compact rollable screen innovation. What I want is a phone that can roll up into a tube - like a large pen, which can then be clipped onto a pocket, or put in pocket. You could optionally answer calls without unrolling, so you're basically holding a "pen" to your ear.

    • I’d get one just so I can slam it shut in frustration to end call after dealing with a-hole customers or customers’ customers.

  • When is the ultra s23 coming on easter sale?

Better priced at Amazon - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0B8MS72PH/ref=twister_B0B8Y796…

    128GB $849
    256GB $899
    512GB $1049

    • +3

Great find! You should post this as a deal!

Edit: nvm, I did it for you…

    • +1

price match with JB & stack with trade-in

    • Price beat at office works for the bora purple 256gb for $854.05 snapped it up for the missus.

      • +1

Why? Did you not have a old phone available for trade in?

  • +1

Beware of this phone, battery life is very poor. Phone is quite flashy but the crease has started getting a rocket size mark from one corner and is increasing everyday, makes me feel sad. I purchased from Amazon, what do I do, still under 1 year warranty.

    • +1

Doesn't it have 2 years warranty

    • +1

JB has bonus $500 trade in. Trade in your current Z4 for $500 and get $500 bonus. Use all that credit to get a brand new Z4.

    • Claim warranty

  • +1

It looks JB have a $500 bonus trade in as well.

    So if I trade in a an S20 5G for $200, I get a $500 bonus which means I could get the 256gb Z flip 4 for $300 (+ plus the traded in phone)???

Seems like a good deal !!! or am I missing something???

  • does anyone have any suggestions, wanting to price match with amazon,
all colours were available at my local store, an hour later all sold out , however still available at other stores, which im happy to go to,
but worried that it will sell out tonight, and all stores are closed….

  • Picked up purple 256 from one of the few JB left with stock but they wouldn't price match saying they don't match online stores. Had to travel a bit to get to it too. Serves me right for hesitating at start of the sale. Would have gone to the JB I know that does match with Amazon. Really depends on the manager
