      • Thanks was wondering why it was not working for me.

    • Those prices don't apply when entered address.
Must have been short lived (or I've been with them before)?

  • Looks like there's another new deal for even cheaper, plus a 250/25 bracket added for dollars more than the previous 100/20 plan.

    • What does it mean by "NBN with FTTN/FTTC to FTTP Upgrade"? How do I know if I have FTTN/FTTC or FTTP?

Churned from Spintel…well will be in a couple of weeks…

    • same lol

      • They didn’t try at all to keep me. Not one discount.

    • @boxall, you know how Spintel charge at the START of the month, instead of the end of the month. So we're technically paying in advance, I think it's 12 days to pay.

So what happens when you move mid month? Will they give you back the balance? Is there an exit fee?

Cashrewards offers $85 cashback expiring in 5 days. https://www.cashrewards.com.au/store/tangerine

    • Cheers, just got my bill from Spintel which reminded me to change ISP. I'll use this offer, however looks like the bill I just received is for the current month. Do you know if I can schedule the connection through Cashrewards for the end of the month?

  • +1

As long as you place your order before the expiry date, it's fine. You can set the date of connection.

  • Hey guys,
I'm currently with Australia Post NBN (100/20 HFC) just coming out of my 6 month promo… looking at switching to either Tanegerine or Leaptel..

Any feedback on either of these providers?

  • I switched into Tangerine just over a month ago. So far, I have noticed more dropouts (total of 3) than I experienced with Belong in a similar period, but I can't confirm if this is Tangerine's fault directly as some other provider notified their customer across the road of a dropout. Tangerine has not notified me of any dropouts. The switch was very smooth.
