Even though this comparison isnt quite apples to apples (:p) . . i think i'd prefer a refurbished Oct-2010 Macbook Air 13" for about $25 more, which is much lighter + SSD.

A year or two ago that would have been a great price, but now… If I wanted a weedy laptop, and didn't have much $$, and had my heart set on Apple then I'd consider a refurbished Air from Apple. Free shipping and full 1 year warranty, and for the paranoid can get the AppleCare added on for an extra 2 years warranty.

Bought a refurb 2011 13" Macbook Air for not much more a few months ago. Doesn't seem like such a good deal for a 2010 era macbook pro.
Identical to my macbook bought more than 2 years ago!!! I know this may have a bit of "all white" vintage value, but not at this price…
