      That's exactly what I was thinking as soon as I saw this deal. If my maths stack up then that's a solid 14% discount, which is likely one of the best you'll get from Apple directly.

      8% discount on a $1000 GC is $80.
      7% CB on $1000 ex-GST is $63.64.
      $80 + $63.64 = $143.64 which is 14.3%.

        Correct me if I'm wrong but this discount is on a GC up to $500 value. You don't get quite the same amount in discount, but close.

    If the offer is worse than the 20x rewards points at Coles or Woolies, not worth it in my opinion, unless you really prefer actual money off the cards.

      Do you mind expand on that? I'm usually an Aldi person so I don't shop much on Colesworth, however, every now and then I need to grab something from them which gives the points. How do you do 20x rewards points on Apple gift cards from them?

        Coles and Woolworths (and Big W) usually have bonus points as opposed to a cash discount when you buy Apple Gift Cards during a promotion.

      I rate them equal. If I drive to colesworth I get $10 worth of points back on a $100 card. I can sit at my phone or computer and get a $100 card for $92 from these guys.

      Some people look at it as a 10% bonus rather than a 9.09% discount. How often you shop at Coles / Woolies / Big W is also a factor. Some also prefer to pump the points into Velocity or QFF

      Well, they are not today unfortunately. I placed an order at 12:36pm and it is now 2:38pm and nothing yet.

      I actually called and spoke to a guy who said that they usually come through quickly but sometimes they do some checks to see that it is not a scam purchase and then it takes longer ??

      I got the coles offer too hehe, it was very real and stayed on for 2-3 days as far as I remember. That was for me lol, but wanted to buy my sister a phone as bday gift for next month with this one.
