      • This exactly. Only issue I had with Boost was I immediately received a lot of calls from the number they provided. Need to check whether I can turn off the number and only use the data.

        • Me too, it was insane. I left the sim on a test phone for 3 days. After i came back i had 10 missed calls! WTF! It was a brand new number.

        It's more about having too many of these Boost SIMs and they are generally good for 1 month only. Or, are these only good for data since people prefer to activate, use it for 1 month and move on to the next SIM, get a new number?

    • You need to change something in your order (name, address, email, credit card, etc) even just the format of your shipping address can sometimes be enough to get around it. I've found using a different single-use credit card with Zip each order does it for me.

        I've tried dozens of combinations of that (aside from Zip, because I don't have that)… very frustrating that this only seems to happen with Boost

          I had this a few weeks back. Have not ordered another since then. Tried different email, credit card, different browser, incognito mode, computer, mobile & computer in different location. Ended up working by ordering in my wife's name and her DOB with everything else the same.

  • I'm getting super fed up with cashrewards. Every single time I use it my tracking fails and I have to manually report it, EVEN when I have the verification that it's tracking from the browser extension. Super annoying.

    On the contrary, I don't ever get this problem with shop back so I don't understand what's going on.

      Turn your adblock off or use a nornal browser.

      Me and many friends have had NO probs with CR and BOOST tracks in less than a minute…

      If you are doing everything correctly and it fails, lodge a support ticket to figure out why you are special.

    • I either use the app or a "clean" browser with no extensions i.e. not my daily browser. I rarely, if ever, have issues.

        • as long as your order has been released for posted it out, you can't cancel it, you have to post your sim pack back to boost in NSW and pay for the postage and will get the refund after a week or so, I have got this answer from boost before. I didn't bother to cancel it at the end.

        • transaction changed from pending on my bank account felt worth trying again, this may have been why it didn't show in their system, think the idea is to get on top of it as quickly as possible
