    Surely they know to either suspend this deal or automatically issue failed GC transactions back immediately. But the extra cash they get to pocket and repay later is esentially a scam.

    No issues here, ordered on my phone with a Coles credit card, just needed a verification sms code which was instant.
    Gift card came through 20mins after the tax invoice. Thanks OP!

    I've tried on two separate browsers. First browser, spinning wheel forever. Second browser - failed transaction 3 times. Tried on my phone, failed transaction twice. I guess it is not meant to be. OK I can see that $900 has come off my debit card despite failed transaction. But no confirmation email as yet.

        Yes, if will go through for 8, in that they’ll bill you - then tell you the transaction has failed. Sounds like legalised fraud.

    if you have a pending charge from a failed transaction, be sure to check that it drops off after a few business days.

    last time I was actually charged (non pending) for a failed transaction and had to call up for a refund. be careful especially if you are trying many different cards

    Worked with my new Virgin Money card (2x $500). Website was very slow but I was patient and didn't double click anything. Took about 20 mins for the first gift card to reach my inbox and 30 mins for the second even though I ordered them together.

    I was not able to submit an order on Firefox, but it went through on Chrome using 28 degs card. Confirmation was received within minutes but no gift card as yet.

    The check out process is very slow, be patient, click and wait, as the screen appears frozen but should eventually progress (may take up to 60secs, maybe longer with so many transactions occurring).

    For those who failed, and then manage to get it working later?
    Did you use the same details (ie/ personal details, credit card, etc)?

    Like many others here, I have a failed pending transaction sitting on my card, and tried a few times afterwards using the same detailed but failed each time. So not sure whether need to change it around or something.

    I ordered around 9.10am Used Chrome on PC, no adblocker, Amex.
    It was slow, especially verification stage, but I just waited with fingers crossed. Invoice came through at 9.20am and gift card at 9.40am. Have checked Amex and was charged correct amount and have already redeemed at Amazon. Phew.

    No issues processing the order on my s23 using Samsung Internet or my partners iPhone using default browser. The process is just slow so be patient.

    Like most others, it's the transaction that is failing.

    Citibank rewards card, mastercard. Had to enter verification code but still no luck. Charged card for one of the transactions.
