    i got message saying transaction failed contact customer service and then they deducted money as well from my CBA credit card and i have no gift card … $450 is lost or i will wasting lot of time trying to get this card.. .lucky i didn't go for more cards…

    • I got (profanity) by NAB payment verification not loading. By the time I went and used my phone it worked but they had started failing transactions.

      • Yep. On the site transaction went through as per you'd expect. Card's been charged. I turned off my adblocker before checking out in Chrome on Windows. Paid with Up.

        It says thank you for your order with an order number, and confirmation email came through just now about 3 mins later.

    Just got my order confirmation and my gift card. Redeemed perfectly.

    For those still stuck on the payment screen, make sure to disable ad-blockers etc. That fixed my issues.

      Same here, was looping indefinitely at payment screen until I disabled ad blockers and refreshed. Went through fine thereafter.

    Those with payment failed but charged.
    Call Support and they will ask some details to initiate refund (They will give you reference number for this process)

      I rather get my giftcard. I already paid for it. They should honour it especially since people who are purchasing later are getting their GCs.

      • That is a last resort if you are unable to resolve it with the retailer.

        Also for those saying they have been charged, are you sure it is not just a pending charge that will drop off automatically after a couple of days?

        • Probably is, but I transferred $500 real money out of my offset to free up $500 on the credit card limit

    Transaction failed. I won’t bother with this website ever again I spent 2hrs last time trying to get a discounted gc and ended up calling their customer service which couldn’t do anything but apologise.

    • I contacted Customer support and they asked for a few details (name etc.) and then issued refund. I will have to wait a few days to actually see the refund.

    Failed and charged like everyone else.
    At almost 10000 clicks (assume 5000 purchased) an average of $500 each that would be a nice 2.5 mil loan for a week or so. Not a bad business model.

  • Used Westpac debit card at 9am sharp, got my confirmation email a few seconds later and 12 mins later got my gift card
