    After retrying noticed a new terms and conditions box that wasn't there the first time.

      Exactly the same thing here. Transaction failed. But Apple Wallet is showing money charged. So now, limbo and a bunch of emails to either get the GC or refund coming. These offers are never effing worthwhile like this.

    Got a transaction failed message but money got deducted from the bank account. I called the customer care and they said that they have blocked the purchases as too many people are trying to buy at the same time and now I will have to wait for a few days for the refund. They refused to issue the gift card instead of issuing refund. Such a waste of time.

      Usually for failed transaction you don't get an order confo.
      The charge from your card will either stay in pending and drop after few days or it will get charged and then you have to ask them to refund.

    Coles group is useless at gift cards. How can they be so inept? They're a huge company. Should be able to fix their sht. And their physical cards aren't any better, STILL prone to theft
