      Last time they charged me a $60 non return administration fee + the trade in value of the device which is standard. But I also got an email of them basically threatening they would charge the whole discount received on the order. This wasn't actioned upon however.

    I entered 10% off loyalty, $100 loyalty and $50 newsletter voucher plus (+$10 trading discount) and $300trading bonus + $250 off rrp, the total came up as $1030 for Galaxy S23+ 512GB.

    Before I filled in the trading details the total was showing around ~$850. After messing around with ID verification for trade in, the final amount came as $1030.

    What was final for others without trading value for S23+ 512GB?

        I grabbed the navy Silicone Case. Not expecting too much from the case but hopefully it holds up for at least 6 months.

        For the phone I chose Phantom Black. The online exclusive colours looked good but there seemed to be a delivery time for those. So I just went with the black.

    Just played with the full range in store. Glad I went with the ultra. It's not that much bigger and you can actually see the difference between 1080p and 1440p. The 10x optical zoom actually worked well and pictures weren't grainy. I tried the 200mp photos as well, seemed to work well - 12240 x 16320 is some crazy resolution. The picture I took was 31mb. Going to chew through that 512gb memory lol. The 100x zoom sounds stupid, but it's actually crazy the amount of detail it can pull with all the processing power in the phone

    In saying that, the s23+ form factor is nice as well

    didn't get targeted $500 code but this is still great. I'm trading in the s10e I got for $99 from JB Hifi 12 months contract deal from nearly 4 years ago!

    I emailed loyalty about getting a voucher, they emailed a day later said I needed to call to confirm.
    Meanwhile I signed up for the newsletter code.

    Today, I then spoke to online chat, got the $100 code.
    While doing this, I called up and spoke to them on the phone asking for 10% code.

    Finally I acquired all 3 codes. First entered 10%, then $100 then $50

    $480 for the s23, can't complain

      Try registering to their additional promo emails. They should have sent emails asking if you want to be receive bonus or discount for new product launches or before galaxy unpacked and other things. That may trigger them to send you these trade in bonus emails.
