              @Quarter Pounder: Love the woolies pay and rewards app the only issue I find is that if the purchase is larger than the voucher woolies pay will revert to your credit card for all of it, and I’ve had to do a manual split payment entering all the numbers to use the gift card balance

                @Onemoredeal: that doesn't sound right, I have paid with 5 x vouchers before all split over tiny residual amounts- maybe reach out to their CS.
                hate that the flybuys app has shit offers and also PITA when I have to bookmark and scan a barcode that doesn't work half the time

            So my $20 coles is actually worth close to $100+

              @easternculture: It’s the opposite for me. Woolworths has up to 90% off everyday at 2-4pm and Coles never has any good discounts. Maybe 50% of meat right on closing. I get like $200 worth of groceries every week for $20-$50.

                  @easternculture: That’s a disgrace. I thought they were told by head office that they all have to reduce food waste. I’ve noticed all the stores near me are marking down heavily and they never used to. Only one ruled by a hard as nails Russian manager is a bit stingey.

    I have a theory. Because i claimed the Coles $5 gift card on the previous giveaway. It wouldn't allow me to get this again. It came up with an error when i tried to claim it when it was showing in the Rewards tab. I think it might be only 1 claim per gift card type.

        No it wouldn't get to the screen where you can enter the details. Just the screen where you're supposed to select the retailer but no retailer comes up. But it came up at that screen with an error saying "there might be an issue with your card's remaining balance".
