        People never read the fine print……. also there are cheaper options with the game taken out that are also NEW … Its a bit of a money making scam… The retailers make way more selling both separately… Nintendo loses out good will and RRP profit from them doing this.

      Switch 2 should be great spec wise vs the super old switch but i think their going back to LCD and releasing a OLED model a year later to double dip in sale from hardcore fans who must now buy TWO because they want OLED ( Scummy sales tactic )… PS5 and Xbox high end refreshes will be out around the same time

      You might play hand-held more often if you get it! Friend went from the original to an OLED and went from 90% TV usage to 90% hand-held just because it was so much better to use! Ymmv of course

      I believe the performance based hardware changes are a slightly better clock speed and more internal storage. There's a better microSD slot that is less prone to breaking, but that's only a problem with constantly changing it (so don't).

    Given how long this seems to have been available for and the discounts that have been offered on it over the last few months I assume this is just a regular model they make based on demand now and not really a 'limited' edition. I am probably just salty that I purchased one at full price when the game came out as I thought I had to grab it whilst I could. Oh well.

        In case anyone is looking to buy this and sell their existing vanilla Switch OLED, I was able to sell my Switch OLED in two days on FB Marketplace for $420. Had a whole bunch of interested buyers. Wasn't expecting to make a profit over what I paid for this TOTK Switch so that was a nice surprise

        Yeah seems to be that way recently. PS4s are basically being given away now though so I assume the same will happen with these eventually. Even at $400 I'd rather just wait years until devices like the steam deck and Rog Ally become better and buy one of those and just emulate the Switch games I wanted to play considering there's only a handful.

          Yes Westpac bonus work with any code and voucher in my experience, even if the original eBay tracking is 0%, I normally just leave like 1 - 2 dollars for Westpac debit card and it tracked the full amount
