Not to be flippant… but until we change it? We have no plans to change this promo at present, and it won't be adjusted until sometime into the new year if we were to.

I've had my NAS/qBitorrent/Jellyfin PC connected 24/7 via Nord and it's been sailing the high seas for the last 12 months without a single issue.
I've had a really good experience with Leaptel. Don't know what the call centre is like as I've never had the need to call them.

It is an ongoing deal. It may change in the coming months but for the foreseeable future we plan to continue to offer this promo.

You can order up to 30 days in advance and we will honour your pricing even if there is a change, short of some dramatic unforseen pricing catastrophe (but nbn's pricing structure is now locked in to 1 July price rises each year so that shouldn't happen).

I just signed up and omg that was fast. Was with Tangerine and midway through a billing period thought I’d sign up to Leaptel and will probably take a couple of days… nope, within an hour Leaptel completed the change over, new details and I’m up and running again.
Also this is like at 10pm AWST 😆, I don’t switch NBN all that often to know if this is the case with all NBN providers but damn I’m not used to this speedy service.
Do Tangerine refund you pro rata for the days you don’t use in your billing cycle?
No they don’t. It says when you cancel with them they say they won’t refund any unused portions

Been with Tangerine for 6 months, and sent a request (3 times!!) to discuss plan post 6 months contracts.
Received a missed call, then an email from Resolution team. I have replied an email to the team, and received nothing from the team.

Signing up again with leaptel for connection later this month. I can't remember, do they use CG-NAT? Can I get a public IP without having to pay for a static IP?
Churned from More telecomm a few days ago to Leaptel, since then interenet has been slow as, especially during peak hours lucky to get 3mbps. Nothing else has changed. Never had an issue with More or Aussie, going to churn out again after this first month…
