    Good luck with that. When I signed up before on the $9.99 deal, Shopback was showing $15 cashback for the annual membership.
    However it has only tracked at $5.

    Cashback T&Cs is specific, seems to be for people who've fully tried the Free Trial but never actually paid for a Ebay Plus subscription before?

    I'm currently on free trial from the last $9.99 deal, tried to get the $20 from TopCashback but it never tracked since it automatically signed me up for the free trial since I'm a new user.

    I am so confused with this deal.

    With Ebay accounts which haven’t signed up to Ebay Plus before, there is an option to sign-up to the free trial 30-days Ebay Plus offer. If you have the free trial 30-days Ebay Plus offer, you need to start with this, there is no option of skipping this to sign-up to the monthly or yearly Ebay Plus membership. This SB deal has $0 cashback for the free trial membership, so essentially this SB deal is useless for eBay accounts which haven’t signed up to Ebay Plus before.

    For Ebay Plus accounts which have previously signed up to Ebay Plus before but has since cancelled, there is no option to sign-up to a free trial 30-days Ebay Plus offer, so you can go straight to select the monthly or yearly membership. However this SB deal states that cashback is ineligible for eBay accounts which have signed up to Ebay Plus before. So even though your cashback is tracked now, when approval date comes, it can still be rejected. Are you guys taking the risk for this?

    Only shows $4.99 per month. U have to click on it, then it shows you the annual fee of $9.99 on the scroll down bar. And it works. My ebay plus was finished last week and i refuse to renew it for a $30 voucher. The special should be for black friday sale only.

                  From a customer's point of view, I think it's a bit misleading to say this. The $20 cash back is nowhere mentioned on eBay site itself, but rather it is Shopback's offer, even if it is indirectly from eBay. There is essentially no transparency in the whole process, meaning the whole business model relies on customers' trust in Shopback.

                  Given the number of people who have been rejected on this offer despite having used Shopback extensively and know all the hoops to jump through, surely this is worth Shopback investigating and giving an explanation/resolution rather than just a generic "here is a list of potential failures on your part, tough luck. Not our problem"?

All I meant was that this was an official promotion from eBay Plus, the rates we were offering at the time are typical for eBay Plus, so this should be honoured by eBay from where I sit. The Cashback for this should track, and has tracked for many users, and users who have had tracking issues should reach out to our team who are happy to follow up with eBay Plus to get the Cashback honoured where possible.
