A vineyard I cane-pruned at issued us the F8. Most of us preferred the F13 which doesn't have a rotating handle.
Nevertheless these would serve any hobby gardener for a lifetime- this is a great deal.
Seriously at the price, the only reason stopping someone who does not have a Felco from buying it is whether this fits your hand size. Make sure you measure your hands so you can get the right-sized pruner for you.
I bought anyway, just in case someone didn't realise. I've got 3 pairs of pruners that cost less in total than this pair

Good buy, you won't regret it. I started with a F2 but now use the F12 and my wife uses the F15. We both love the pruners. Just remember to wipe and oil the blades after use as they are apparently high carbon steels that can rust without proper care, which isn't an issue on lots of cheaper pruners such as Fiskars & Gardenas.
@truetypezk: Can you use vegetable oil? I don't want to use black oil in my edible garden if possible.
Not revolving handle, but great deal still. These last for decades.

Felco (Swiss) are the best secateurs I ever used in 15 years of horticultural work in NZ along with Lowe (German) which were a bit cheaper and not pointy
have you used Okatsune pruners? They seem to be a good alternative.
Any tips on how to clean these to keep them sharp and last longer?
CRC is your best friend, once or twice a week, always dry them after work, we did cos it rained every second day in nz
Would WD-40 work as well?
Looks like a Felco but not a Felco - hard PASS.
I actually have one of those, I got it for $5 at Spotlight. Good quality but not quite Felco level. Still a lot better than anything Bunnings has to offer.
