      One possibly good thing is they must have been around for a while to have hacked off so many people. Not sure that means much at all anymore though.

    This site is crap, i'd take it with a grain of salt. A very reputable company I work for gets attacked on that site with a few negative reviews by some very irrational people, but Whirlpool satisfaction surveys tell a very different story.

      this site is known on whirlpool as having very bad customer service, hit and miss slow delivery and a general bad reputation
