    I always have issues it seems with Samsung order site via the Westpac business (to get 15% discount). It tells me I can do a trade-in and get $250 bonus. I get sent the $200 bonus e-voucher questions or whatever but I never see questions. and then later I get an email saying hey you didn't complete the questions. I try different browsers, same issue. ofcourse, the normal price website all works perfectly fine with trade-ins and discount codes (but it costs more, so I don't maximise discounts).

      Don't really need the answers for the voucher that you get for the questions - I assume you're referring to the 4 questions or whatever? The code for that is GALAXYAI.

    Upgrading from S22 Plus 256gb to S24 Ultra 512gb

    Method:
    S22+ Trade in Value ($430) + $250 trade in bonus

    Very strange, I followed the instructions from the post and selecting more than $350 accessories (some smart tags and chargers) and the web page is still displaying I need to select more than $200
    "The promo code GALAXYAI didn't apply. Please ensure you have a min. of $200 worth of ecosystem devices/accessories added to your cart,…."
    Do you have the same issue?

    I'm going to purchase via JBHIFI this year.

    Usually go via the EPP route, but dont need a watch or tablet so $350 preorder bonus (galaxyai and instore credit) isnt much value for me nor is the care+.

        Depends on your needs, I use a lot of mobile data for work (remote/travel) so I claim a portion as work related for my tax return.

        I also prefer lower up front cost and to spread out the payments over x of time.

        YMMV.

        TBH most people dont need a 2k phone in the first place 😀.

        Plus you have to pay back the pro rata port in credit if you cancel earlier, telstra has changed, and it was a lot easier 2-3 years ago, not worth it if you planning to cancel earlier.

    Stupid question but how do we go about adding an iphone as a trade (since the trade up app isnt available on app store so can't generate a trade in ID) without the system thinking it is worth $330 (Iphone 11 Pro Max 64GB)? I am wanting to specify that the screen is 3rd party/broken so the trade in drops to $1.

      once you add in the iphone as trade-in, you can click on continue. Once you finalize the cart, you will be asked questions about the trade-in during which you can specify it as broken.

      With the trade in: Depending on your phone trade in, you get an ADDITIONAL up to $350 off the S24 price

      For example: I traded in my S21 128gb for $270 and I get an additional $350 trade in at checkout.

          The trade in app is for samsung in-store use only. I got a code in the app and the website wouldn't accept the code.

          Say yes to trade in > new customer > select your trade in phone. And at check out it will tell you if you got additional trade in money and you can see it off the final price.

        Actually the $200 didn't apply.

        For example my checkout is $779 without accessories, I added $108 (case and power adapter) worth of accessories and the total came to $787 without accessories ($8 extra cause of the default $100 accessory offer)

        But when I apply GALAXYAI, the $8 doesn't go… it's still there.

        Am I using it wrong?

          if you add the GALAXYAI code, you will need to spend a minimum of $300 on accessories for it to apply.
