        i like it…technical looking dial but still really legible. the stencilled numerals look really bold too

  Why are eco drives so cheap suddenly. I remember these used to be mid-high $200's

  Conversely and maybe related, why aren't Seiko solar's not reflecting these drops?

    I saw a similar question in a reddit post and it was suggested Citizen's weren't selling as well whereas Seiko solars seem to be attached to either better looking (subjective) or arguably more popular designs (a lot seem to be in Prospex models) and as such Seiko aren't having as many issues moving units. Not sure how much truth there is to this but I thought it was interesting and wouldn't be surprised if there was some truth to it.

    Thanks for the inspo. I was dabbling with the idea of a watch for my sons upcoming 16th bday. Was thinking of spending 4/5/6xx (Too poor for a Rolex) but know stuff all about watches. He likes black sooooooo…. impulse buy ftw. Lol.

    it links to "weekend sale" at the top of the description. so yeah I would assume 11.59pm Sunday.

    but astronaut says monday 10am. whichever the case I would buy on sunday just incase.

      Starbuy's weekday deals come out at 10am each day. This means the weekend sale spills over to Monday morning.

      Whatever is the daily deal for Friday also usually continues into the weekend sale as well.
