      No, AUDA released .au as a cash grab.

      It mostly involves businesses paying for another domain or never-ending disputes over who gets some popular domains.

      Edit: Oh, it points to the .com.au page. Well they're both on sale anyway…

        Whaaaaat! I did not know about that! I just signed up to VIPrewards with them and I'm already on the silver tier! Wish I had known about this. I have other names and services elsewhere that I would have brought across or kept with you if I had known this. Even with the items in my account that's a $20 a year savings. I think I will bring some more across.

        I'd agree you should change the wording as this clearly does not apply to pre-existing customers trying to renew their domains.
