This looks like a good deal on this security camera. Last time it came down to $120. Who knows, some JB Hi-Fi Store Rep might bring it down further for you, if you buy more. Try calling them or online chat? This price has been like this for the past 2 weeks or something, so not sure if it's an Straya Day special or not. It' has 8GB of sufficient internal memory. Some other nice specs too.

The Good Guys have it for the same price, but it's out of stock there I think.

I have used Eufy cameras before. Easy to use, reliable and not much fuss. Not sure compared to other brands. Good thing about this one is that it doesn't need a Homebase. The mobile phone App is easy to use too.

          I’d personally recommend Reolink, pretty affordable cameras and a lot of features / flexibility

            @TheFreaK: Agree, value is minimal with the new Eufy Approach. I've switch from Eufy to Reolink nearly everything. Fixed lack of notifications.

            Basically Eufy promise the world yet give you issues, I think primarly cause servers are not located near Australia. But then you hear wooful American stories.

            So Good camera yes? Just horrible quirks they never fix.

            Reolink seems to be progressing forward. I've switched to POE for now, no issues. Only probably have 2 Wifi Reolink Cameras and rest Poe.

            Will get stuck with Front Flood light, back flood light Eufy.

      If you want continuous recording then I recommend going wired cctv system setup with NVR

      There is no battery powered camera which can do continuous recording. Battery would hardly last a week.

      No, as it says in the product description.

      In addition, these don't require the Eufy home base either and can just store event footage internally. (So probably don't go leaving these where they can be easily stolen lol)

    Not sure about eufy but my experience with other brands wireless cameras without homebase/ not doing continuous recording hasn't been good . They don't trigger when you really need them .Worst of them all is Aldi cocoon

      This one is just the camera as the Eufy SoloCams can operate without a base, just over your main WiFi network.

        Eufy are getting worse in terms of not disclosing basic camera specs like battery capacity. It's annoying. Their product page is all fluffy marketing speak.

        If a device has a battery in it, the capacity should be stated. I have the SoloCam L40, which has a 13,400 mAh battery. it lasts a long time. I was surprised to see after 6 months it was at 30%.

        I'm guessing this C210 has a smaller battery. How much smaller is a big fat secret unless someone cracks opens the camera to see.

      Just note with that one, it is way too heavy for the mount that is included and, depending how it is installed (basically any way other than having it pointing at a direct 90 degree angle), will droop down no matter how well you tighten it. If you get the L40 I would also look at investing in a third party mount too (just has a pretty standard camera screw hole on the back, shouldn't have much trouble finding a mount)
