      friend purchased tv the other month no issues, box had small scratch, worst case scenario you wait for a refund, but definitely not the best reputation

        That's fine. Just thinking about the durability and quality of a 4 year old TV vs a new 2023/24 model. I know my budget is tight.

          I wouldn't be too worried about that, it's not like the internals expire in four years. It's still better than any 65" 2023/2024 TV under $1,500 bar possibly the C845 on sale, or if you require HDMI 2.1 or Dolby Vision.

    Thanks for that, I've grabbed one. I'm not sure what corner of the warehouse that they dug these up from (especially given that they're selling new ones on their website again too) but it's a quality TV for the price, even if a few years old.

              @[Deactivated]: just film it when it arrives & you open it, most bad reviews were due to stock not being sent out, orders cancelled, long refunds, think there was one or two cases of an actual broken tv, anyway buy whichever you feel comfortable with

              I can only go by my friend purchasing a month back & it arrived as new, tiny mark on box

    I have this exact TV, bought from Samsung in 2020. Paid close to $3k. Is brilliant and the bright room technology is excellent. Hasn't missed a beat since new. An unbeleivble bargain at this price.

    The only downside I see is that it will not work with the new Samsung Q-Symphony Sound Bars.

    Tried to purchase one from ebay, as i had the loyalty code but missed the fact that they won't ship to anywhere in WA including Perth Metro. So ended up going through their online store and using a 10% discount code - $1079 delivered. Still okay with the purchase but knowing i had it in my basket on ebay for $900 is a bummer

    I received my TV yesterday. the box is not damaged at all which is like new. the TV quality is ok. I paired my speaker via Bluetooth, the sound was very low while I paired my phone with the same speaker, the sound was normal & loud. Anyone have any comments on the TV???
