I don't think there would be such a thing as an anonymous paypal account. Sounds dodgy could be using a stolen paypal account. I wouldn't touch this so called deal if i was you especially coming from a website that calls itself devils workshop. A bit of a giveaway of dodgy there.

My only problem was Win 8 disks did not work on the ancient laptop DVD drive so I had to set up a flash drive boot. Otherwise smooth… Oh and getting google as a tile on metro but there is a youtube vid for that.
His issue is that he paid with paypal but MS hasn't received it or something. He hasn't even started installing W8.
