Things to note

      On top of the fact that their address finder has my address but then it's still tells me they couldn't find it and asks me to enter manually

    I can only assume this deal isn't getting more votes is due to the traditional "something went wrong"? Or do people not trust TCB? $23 is serious profit for a few minutes work.

    Unfortunately I'm in the former category, been blacklisted by Boost.

      • Over about a year or more, probably about 30? I think they did a massive crackdown, certainly the complaints from people on here started ballooning rather quickly.

        to be honest I don't know.
        I used computer with ad-blocking on last time, no track at all.
        I have to file a missing claim and luckily I got them back.

          No luck for me, I’ve decided to raise a customer support ticket to help expedite the tracking since others are getting it tracked in like 15-60minutes. Can’t lodge a missing cashback claim but can always raise a support ticket to get it looked at, plus I won’t forget about chasing up the tracking since raising a support ticket leaves an email trail

            • @G7brg: I ended up raising a claim (waiting 4-5 days is long enough, I know from experience its unlikely to track at this point), this happened to me with Chemist Warehouse as well. Ive told the rep on my existing support ticket that I ended up just lodging the claim also.

              If you lodge a claim before 7 business days it automatically sets the Claim to the status "ON ICE" and then it auto lodges it with the retailer once the 7 days is up within the system. You will receive an update on the existing claim activity log when they (TopCashback) have submitted the claim to the retailer. Last time i had to wait 2-3months for the Chemist one to clear but it cleared (TopCashback made a manual offer to resolve the case after 3 months) so I want to give TopCashback a chance for this one also. Once lodged I can forget about this one and hope it gets fixed asap by TopCashback or/and with Boost.

      • Can’t be cc because I used zip single-use, prob an address/phone/email combo. Curiously I did ask a rep to delete all my expired but active boost numbers earlier today, so it’s not linked to that either.

        • cant be cc because all my previous orders used my commbank card, i used a new anz plus one. changed up address, email and phone. Even changed DOB. Managed to get one order through but the rest failed.

    • @frugalftw @Quarter Pounder I bought less than 35 SIMs in about a year. I still got something wrong today after changing everything i.e. device, name, address, dob, email, phone, payment card. Sigh!

          The problem is with address. Boost block the address which ordered several sims over the year. Used the same card, address, email, DOB which was causing issue but this time manually entered the address. It worked. Then I bought another after the last success. It worked too!
