  • Did anyone's BeemIt (Beembucks) pick up this purchase for some reason?

It's showing up as $12.00 paid, $1.20 beembucks pending

    • u either get a extra 10% off double dip. or you lost $35 cashback…

    • +1

      What's beembuck

  • 21 minutes and not tracked yet…

    • +1

They seem to come in ~ 1hr for me

      • +1

        Tracked just now

  • +4

Cashback seems reported 33 mins past every hour.

    • Thank you tracked two purchases. One for me and one for my partner. The third one for my daughter is coming up with errors on purchase and not completing. I'm using prepaid debit cards to purchase (last used a month ago), different name/address and phone number. Oh well… two will have to do.

  • Both order for boost have tracked

  • Unfortunately not, you would have to be a new customer, taking out a new sim for you to earn cashback. If you have an existing account, you would not be eligible for cashback.

    Hope this helps.

    • TCB Rep
Confirms you need to have a new account.
    • existing customer and new number also?

    • Maybe the rep could share whether there is a buying limit imposed?
Seems that a few people are having no more than 5 track (but cant find anything about this in any terms, so far)

      • +1

They won’t reply today. Likely tomorrow some time.

        • Also confirmed again
“Yes the cashback would be declined if you tried with an existing account.”

          • +1

@JXXY1337: Does that mean we need to create a new Boost account when activating the sim? When you do the purchase you do not create or login to an existing account. A similar statement is on the Boost page for Shopback and they have always given the cashback for multiple purchases for the same deal.

          • @JXXY1337: All the other cashback sites just go with new number = new account = cashback.

            • +1

@King Tightarse: Need a new account with no existing sims.

              • @JXXY1337: Seeing as this is not the usual story with Boost, it would have very prudent for TCB to spell it out on the deal page

                • +1

@King Tightarse: Seems to risky to get many sims at the moment

                • @King Tightarse: You can try to make a ticket with reps, they seem to still be active.

                  • @JXXY1337: Yeah I will see how it plays out but I think a lot of people will end up annoyed if the Boost account requirements do turn out to be that different but not spelled out on th TCB deal page. Shadow buying limit is dodgy too

                    • @King Tightarse: I wouldn’t mind getting one if I could just create a new account with a ID already used. Wouldn’t really be an issue but i’m not sure if boost allows that.

                      • @JXXY1337: They are pretty much trying to get people to just have the single Boost or Telstra ID so it will be a big hassle to activate multiples. Might need to get family and friends involved

          • @JXXY1337: How did you confirm? Are you able to paste a screenshot of your conversation with TCB?

      • +1

@King Tightarse Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. If there is more than one SIM in an order, it will result in an untracked purchase and the purchase will be ineligible for cashback.

        • +1

Understood the above, however, if we activate our SIMs ordered from this deal on an email on which we have activated previous SIMs before, will those SIMs still be eligible for cashback?

        • +4

Hi rep, thanks for coming in to the thread. Yep, we are all across the need for separate transactions.
          The questions people have are:

1/ Can we make multiple SIM purchases (separate transactions) and then later activate them on the one Boost account (this is usual)

2/ Can we purchase more than 5 SIMs? - people are not getting tracking after 5

          • @King Tightarse: Ended up cancelling all orders and just reordered one just to be safe. Hopefully rep can confirm.

          • +6

            @King Tightarse: @King Tightarse

No problems - here to help!

1/ Yes, you should be able to activate them on one Boost account as long as each is a new number without porting
2/ And also, yes, you can purchase more than 5 SIMs as long as each purchase is made as a separate transaction. If you've already made more than 5 transactions, it should track in your account soon.

            • +1

@TopCashback AU Rep: Great! so we can just use our existing Boost accounts to activate them? As long as they are a new number without porting right?

            • @TopCashback AU Rep: Thank you Reppy!

            • +1

@TopCashback AU Rep: Hi Rep, mine is not tracked, does it mean I need to wait for 7 days before filing for investigation? Thanks

              • +1

@AmorPax: @AmorPax you can file it now, however it will be put 'on ice' until 7 days as we anticipate that sometimes it could take up to 7 days for cashback to track

            • @TopCashback AU Rep: Thank you, Rep. It's been almost two hours, and my order still isn't tracked. Here's my situation:

I successfully submitted the order and received a confirmation email from Boost. However, after submission, I encountered a blank screen. Upon refreshing, the page redirected to Tesla.com.

Could this be the reason why my order isn't tracked at all?

              • @AmorPax: @AmorPax this could be the issue however if you can send us a DM with your email, we can take a deeper look into this for you

        • -1

Seems like the rep only replies to the questions they want to answer and purposely avoiding to clarify whether anyone with existing Boost ID will be eligible or not.

          • -1

@dealsgrabber: Weird that rep didn’t really clarify anything but only said what was in the t and cs and what we already knew

    • So activating the SIM with a new number won't get cashback if your email is already registered with a boost account?

      • If you active the sim with an existing boost account, i assume. I wonder if you can use the same ID with multiple accounts.

        • +1

Well that has never been the case for Shopback or Cashrewards.
          Is this condition TopCashback specific?

          • +1

@sintro: The info was from the TopCashback support team. I didn’t have issues with boost on CR/SB

        • +2

One interesting point from the T&C:

Cashback is eligible only for new Boost customers
Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. If there is more than one SIM in an order, it will result in an untracked purchase and the purchase will be ineligible for cashback

Which shows they do expect the situation where multiple SIM purchases are made.
The SB and CR terms have the same 'new Boost customers' clause but it always gets interpreted as new sim = new customer.
It is possible that the TCB rep may need to check this with Boost as it would be unique and different if we really needed to use a separate Boost ID for each SIM.

          • +3

@King Tightarse: Exactly, that’s where i’m confused. They talk about multiple purchases and new customer in one sentence

    • +1

Are you sure? TCB Rep commented this here

we have the same policy where a new number without porting constitutes as a new boost user

Meaning we are okay as long as we choose a number when activating instead of porting over an existing number.

I was having the 'Something went wrong' error for about 4 months now.

Was able to successfully buy 6 today. Used Top cashback mobile app, switched to Chrome as the default browser (I never use chrome).
Also added an extra letter to the end of my first name and used the manual address input.
    Was using Boost 4G

    Hope that helps someone

    • +1

I did mine via the app and website but nothing tracked

    • +1

Getting 'Something went wrong' error, can't seem to get around it.
Tried different browser, extra letter in name, manual address input, different cc.

      Maybe the site is overloaded?

      • Ive tried different names, cards, different computers, different ip address under boost mobile doesnt work :(

        • Manually type in your address

          • @CodeXD: I did, multiple times. They could have fingerprinted my ip or browser, I tried using boost, and they probably know I have already activated and bought many under that ip.

            • @drspy00: Previously I was able to use my unit number plus A at the end when I encountered something went wrong situation. Now back to normal address and it went through

            • @drspy00: No reasons they stop you from buying more as they allow to activate multiple sims. Also, you could buy for a friend. My guess is they try to limit x amount of profit per person and x number of sims per person/address to stop the fraud.

    • @Kallo Unfortunately still not working on the app and website. Tried multiple times today with new details, new devices, new cards etc. Will give it a break for a few months. Have used Telstra and Boost data in several devices

  • Did it twice, first time doing cash back so let's see if this works!
One did after 20 minutes, but not the first one… Might not have been seen as I did it in an incognito browser (logged in there too) to make sure no tracking would be blocked

  • Is the purchase of the $35 eSIM eligible for CB?

I am assuming eSIM is not allowed as you need to purchase it via the Boost App and my understanding is that purchasing via Boost App makes CB ineligible?

    • +1

Did you bother reading the C&Cs on TCB page? Your assumption is correct.

    • +1

You can still order normal sim and convert to eSIM after activation

      • May be consider just buying normal sim. I would imagine convert to esim through the app after activation surely would not void the cashback as the purchase was physical sim.

  • -4

I'm stopping at 6. My 6th one didn't track. It doesn't say anywhere in TOS that this will happen. Just negging for now for awareness, but will remove once rep confirms it

edit: rep responded. Looks like there is no limit, so go ham

    • Shopback cashback is $12, $0 profit atm.

    • Same happened to Me, also blacklisted from buying more boost sims :(

  • +1

Anyone know Pure VPN cashback for family plan? Thanks

  • My clicks are now showing in "Clicks to Merchants"… Is that normal?

  • Good find, ordered. Now to pray for tracking

  • What if you use the same email address to activate all of the multiple sims? Will it still be eligible for cashback?

    • Yes.

  • how long is the confirmation period for Boost?

    • it tracked, estimated payable for both Boost and PureVPN are 12 weeks

  • +1

Mine has not been tracked for almost an hour :(

  • Having issues not able to enter payment details… It is not allowing me to click or type to enter card details. Tried multiple browsers. Anyone having same issue?

    • I submitted it successfully but the page was not loaded to show it was successful. Also no tracking due to that.

  • @ TopCashback AU Rep Looks like that PureVPN link is broken on TCB website

    • @SNDTN could you please try again now? It seems to be working all fine on our end!

  • i bought 2 sim cards successfully, but hasn't been tracked for the past hour =(

    • +1

Ordered 4 only tracked 1 so far. Been almost an hour now. Hopefully, all remaining get tracked soon

Edit: All 4 tracked now. Can sleep peacefully now :D

  • Have not been able to purchase any over the last, say 4, months.
Did the address trick which has been discussed above, and can confirm that it worked! Thank you!

  • +1

i always get something went wrong no matter what i do. different numbers, cards, emails, browsers, the address trick… :( i guess boost just hate me. ive only bought 1 sim in the past 😭

    • +1

Same here. No tracked after I tried again. The confirmation page was not loaded but got email from Boost, somehow it does not work for me!

  • Mine tracked in about an hour.

Does anyone know how to add stores to your favourites? I can't find the option, even though it says you can add them from the store pages.

  • Just got 5 out of 6 tracked, it doesn't seem like anyone here was able to get more than 5 tracked

  • +1

    $23 Profit is gone!

  • +1

Boost rate not high now. Ended early

  • Anyone know why Topcashback amount for pureVPN tracked at only $200.83 ($154.49 purchase price tracked).

    I paid $107 USD or $165 AUD.

  • nothing yet tracked for the boost sim purchases

not a single one of the 3 bought

    • 6/6 for me via app

      • hmm this is super pissing

I bought all three from browser, (and ofc couldnt buy any more than 3 with SORRY something went wrong)

i hope Topcashback fixes this for me otherwise I am super pissed at it

Had my adblock etc. turned off and everything as normal person should have done

        • Manual address, different cards help. I used 3 different debit cards

          • @Korban Dallas: submitted missing cashback report also just now.

            • @USER DC: I just cancelled my boost sim due to no tracking from TCB. Not gonna risk it

              • @easternculture: boost is a pain to cancel orders from. I have zero (actually negative) trust in their cancellation systems

                • @USER DC: Ive cancelled a boost sim previously when it didnt track with Shopback

                  • @easternculture: Every single time I tried to cancel, I get response from 1 Boost rep saying "Order can be cancelled you need to call tomorrow when order is completed",
                    rep 2 "Order cancelled"
rep 3 "there was no rep 2 no conversation ever happened with rep 2, order not cancelled, but I can return the sim and get back refund"
rep 4 "same as rep 3, but this time I return the sim"
rep 5 "sim is returned you need to wait 14 days for refund"
rep 6 " you need to wait 1 month for refund"
rep 7 " you need to wait for refund another 14 days "
me " I am doing a chargeback as boost refund system is BS, as sim returned for over 1 month still no refund or anything. "

but the chargeback only works if payed with a bank card, I payed with zip pay visa card so not much luck there with chargeback incase I return it.

                    • @USER DC: I’ve gone on live chat and they’ve always manage to cancel the sim and don’t need to return it and give a refund in one to 2 days
