      Ask really, really nicely if you can refund the phone and buy back the same phone (or use the term refund resell if they don't understand, this way they will.)

      If your local store is sympathetic enough they should be able to do it for you no problems.

          You can return online orders in store no problem. It should theoretically work.

          If it is not a phone you can just return the item and buy it back with the coupon code. If it has been opened just explain you would like to buy it back right away with the coupon code.

    Don't forget to jump on their online chat and ask for a better price, you can then add this on (maybe don't mention that in the chat though heh). I just got a Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam for $419 doing this which is apparently below their cost.
