    • Did you buy the Xiaoxin?

I can confirm the discount code works as well!
Thanks @JROX20 I was actually going to get one of my suppliers in China to ship me one, but this is cheaper and much easier!🙂

    • which coupon? tried with 24AN80 and AE80ZNAF both of them dont work.

      • +1

        24AN80 worked for me.
I'm guessing there were a limited number of them and they're gone.

    • how to get that $1318 ? thanks

    • +4

I used my CC with no international fess and paid in USD (USD $833.84 after coupon code for the 32GB, 1TB one). The total was AUD $1269.

    Anyone getting 16" ?

  • +1

Thought about the 16" but the screen is much better on the 14th. Plus i have a 16" portable secondary screen anyway.

Paid $1393 for the Azure Blue version with one of the $40 off coupon codes.

Noticed my CC was debited from AE Melbourne so i better not pay extra duty/taxes.

    • Bought 14 with Paypal 1378 with $40 discount code.

  • Expected shipping time: 65 days

Seems a long time - anyone have any experience with this seller?

  • Will be interesting to see how long shipping takes. I assume it's a case of under promise and over deliver. Will probably be delivered in 7-10 days IMO.
Unfortunately I have to wait till next financial year to buy another laptop.

  • Reached out to the store on chat who said buyer needs to pay custom duties and taxes, they are not included. They were willing to offer store coupon worth $25usd to stack with the ali coupon of $40usd if anyone is still interested, but it was a dealbreaker for me.

  • Managed to get $120 off with 24AN80 code. For some reason it worked on the aliexpress app but not on desktop. Snagged the 14” 32gb/1tb azure blue for $1335 down from $1455.

    • How do you get that pricing?

  • I am getting 1.6K
    with it.

    • +1

How? Even without any voucher it's less than that.

      • how am I not gettin this pricing then

        • 1.6k is for 2TB SSD, I bought the 1TB SSD

          • @jezza10: oh…

            But I want 32GB 1TB for $1.4k?

            • @AndrewMTG: AU$1,451.10

  • Use the coupons thru mobile instead of desktop as in comments above.

I cancelled xiaoxin order and went with similar specs + 4060, local warranty for $1700 after 13% cashrewards. Stoked!

    • What did you go with?

        • Looks pretty good, but I don't play games much (though I'm keen to try out BG3 and apparently the 780M can run it).
But I do like good battery life and working outdoors, so I'll stick with the bigger battery and brighter display.

    • just cancel the order, too and will go with this instead, thank you

  • Has anyones order shipped yet?

    • I'm told it has been shipped and should take 7 to 15 days to arrive, but the tracking is not yet working.

      • Did they ask you what value it should be declared at?

        • Yes

          • @RubenM: It's showing up as $788 USD or $1193.. very tempting.. I don't even know if I need it.. but an 8 core cpu + OLED… damn..

            • @Vladdo: How do you get it that low?

              • +1

@RubenM: I had to double check, but that was the 16gb model.. the 32gb is $834USD or $1262 AUD… with the 80USD coupon… paid in USD.. I use a 28deg, so no fees.. That said, if you're paying with paypal.. currency conversion is garbage, hence cheaper.

I was going to get a Legion Go, as I need a small as possible win 11 machine.. but a 14" with a 1800p OLED is just too damn tempting for the same money..

      • +1

They marked mine as shipped but have told me it won’t actually be shipped until next week due to the promotion…

  • Anyone getting the 16" thank you

    • Why? Did you want them to get you one?

      Just pulling your leg.

      • 14 too small, but can't find a decent review for the 16

        • I used to think that, but after a couple of years of using a 13.3" and a 14", I really disagree now (obviously completely subjective).
And I have massive hands, but typing has never been an issue.

          • @RubenM: Thanks Ruben, the problem is with my eyes, getting older, used to be fine with 14" now need to set the at least 125%

  • +1

Mine has started tracking with DHL. Should be here in a few days, I reckon.

    • When did you order?

      • +1

Within the first two minutes of the sale.

The tracking is showing as arriving on Wednesday.

      • +3

Received today, just trying to put a clean installation of windows on it

        • +1

          Nice, well done

          • @bonbon: @bonbon did you order the 16 inch one?

            • +1

@JoeBogan: No at the end I ordered the 14 because of the OLED, maybe good to reconsider the 16 instead.

        • Let me know how you go, ordered mine a few mins ago and wanting to do the same!

          • +3

@JoeBogan: I couldn't get rid of every last bit of Chinese, so I installed a new version.

FYI: Doing a factory reset will revert everything to Chinese!

First impressions: It's good but not as awesome as I thought it would be. The screen appears oversaturated to me, but probably because I'm used to IPS panels.
Staying with the screen, there's absolutely no way it's close to 600 nits or even 500 nits
Battery life is saying that it will last around 5 hours (but I've only gone down to 86%), which isn't terrible but a far cry from the 11 hours+ that are quoted.

My CAD still freezes but ram is at 50% and CPU is at 25%, so I now think it's a Fusion 360 issue rather than hardware limitations.

Please note it's still definitely a good computer, I just went in with sky high expectations and those weren't met.

            • +1

@RubenM: Thanks for your mini review ! How did you install a new version?

            • +1

@RubenM: Ruben thank you for your review.

            • @RubenM: thanks for the review, can I ask what you declared it at?

              • @jezza10: Face value, it's a business expense so there's no point in underdeclaring.

                • @RubenM: Did the same for myself, did you have to pay a customs fee?

                  • @jezza10: I didn't pay for the clearance myself, so I'm not sure. But what I can say is that if it had been any type of significant cost, I would have been informed.
I should be able to check on Tuesday.

  • Slightly cheaper using coupon
    150COREPRO14
    AUD $1,614.90 - 233.68

    = $1381.22
