    Also got mine delivered today and can confirm that they supply a converter plug. This was achieved by opening the box containing the original charging brick and this is where they placed the converter plug (they did NOT open the packaging containing the actual Steam Deck) Plug looks cheap but it's better than nothing so can't complain lol.

    My unit looks to be the UK one (UK charging brick) so curious what everyone else got

        Probably human error. Even if you don't need the converter, then I still say you should reach out and they'll probably make it up to you in some capacity.

        I reached out to them because mine is also delayed (although some arrived Monday, and Tuesday) and was told they are working as fast as they can to fulfil all orders. Over the weekend alone there were a few thousand orders and with a small team it will take them a while to pack them all up. Give them some time.

        Steam decks must be delivered by road due to lithium batteries (if they declared it), like many other electronics. Nothing unusual here.

      Will probably install a few older games like mass effect legendary edition, witcher 3, sleeping dogs, Wolfenstein.

      Some newer but less graphics intensive games like hades, disco Elysium, halo collection etc.

      Maybe install some emulator games (but already got low power retro handhelds like rg35xx / h, vita and actual consoles like wii u and switch), so I might not add too much of that on there.

      Will be mostly pc games I never got around to back in the day. Won't be playing recent AAA games on there.

      Got it primarily as a convenient & powerful emulation-station for on-the-go play as well.

      Mainly for playing Sega Saturn, Dreamcast and Arcade model 2 and 3 games.

      The rest, including steam gaming, is bonus for me. (I mostly play games on consoles.)

    Got mine today in Brisbane city but won’t have any time to play on it until the weekend.

    What games are everyone looking at playing first?

    I really want to get the Half Life 1 remake Black Mesa and the System Shock remake but they are not on sale at the moment so I’ll probably wait a few weeks and see if they become cheaper.

    In the meantime Dead Space 2 and Hades are on sale so I’ll probably pick them up and get started.

    I’m playing Quake 2 on the PS5 when I have a chance and the kids aren’t on the TV so I’ll probably download Chiaki ASAP and get PS remote play going…not sure how it will be though because my PS5 is connected to the internet via wifi and I’ve heard that streaming works best if the console is connected by Ethernet.

      Haven't found anything yet. Although I haven't used it all that much.. Been too busy.

      Played about an hour of Fallout 4.

      Despite being the most console like hand held besides switch it will still take a bit to understand everything. Desktop mode is quite unfamiliar for me as ive never used Linux.
