      I think im naive about bots, how does one have a bot to buy eBay, im aware of auction snipers, but how do bots work for buying general items at a specific time and apply coupons ?

      I mean 350 quantity isn't low. And the device it self isn't new and even with discount it's still above msrp compared to other countries that sells it officially.

      I reckon quantity will last for few hours.

        That's my thought too. Yes it's all time low in Australia, but it's still above the regular price for the rest of the world. I'll wait until either:
        1) Valve releases it officially in Australia at a reasonable price (and hell freezes over and pigs fly)
        2) People who bought these and never used it (aka 50% of buyers) realise they're gathering dust on the nightstand and sell them off on Marketplace.

      You could use it for emulation. But it won't be worth it for emulation alone.

      If you don't plan to use it to play pc games (not only steam BTW, you can add games from epic and gog and other launchers) then it won't be worth it.

      Same… Now it's $899 I'm questioning if I'll even play it much lol. Purchased a RG35XX and RG35XX H recently, jailbroke my Ps Vita 1000 this week, have a switch that's unplayed. As well as ps5, pc and other consoles haha.

      This is a bit different than all of the above though.

        I'm a Linux software engineer, a kernel developer, AMD hardware enthusiast, and casual gamer. You could say the Steam Deck was made specifically for me. It is my dream hardware kit.

        However, I know I'd never play it. I already have a powerful desktop PC, a gaming laptop, Xbox 360, PS3 and Switch, I rarely get time to play them. I play the switch once a month with the kids if that. I have an ODroid Go Ultra that is an amazing powerful ARM emulation handheld, but Ive only played it twice in the last year.

        Yes I could see a cool setup where I take the Steam Deck and a portable monitor on-the-go to get work done at a cafe or library or HJs. But I have a thin and light Dell Precision work laptop that is shockingly powerful with 10 hours battery life that fills that role already.

              @Circly: Lol nice, IMO this replaces all retro consoles/handhelds/gaming laptops for gaming, so if there’s a console to get this is the one.

              I honestly think I’ll game less on my computer even with the larger screen and extra fps just due to convenience.
