It would be great if you could reference the claims you have made here, as I find most people's "information" comes through a filter, i.e They don't actually read the source material, they read an article that a 3rd party, with their own biases, has "interpreted" what the source material meant.

In WA, the pre face lift model with $9K off, is only $6.9K driveaway cheaper than the 2025 facelift version. So the existing 2025 model price was way too high before this discount (just on relative terms) as it was more expensive than the new stock arriving!

If the stock market is plummeting you can be sure that inventories will be piling up in time given the feedback loop of the deteriorating wealth effect. Tesla doesn't target wealthy owners anymore, it's mass market and therefore like any elastic good it probably can go lower when there is fear or better options around.

They went stripped back "scandi" which was cool for a minute with early adopters.
China has gone full featured with buttons and switchgear that plenty of people (myself included) prefer including AA/AC.
