All those symptoms you describe are exactly what happens when the eartips don't fit right. Try a different size?
Some earbud designs also simply don't work well with some ear shapes so you could just be unlucky.
Maybe. I used the first iteration of these and didn't have a problem with the fit. The sound doesn't matter though, on both the 1 and 2 they are noticeably worse than the Galaxy Buds.
Get the wavelet eq fix makes anything sound so much better just google wavelet and the model
Picked hazel colour from Castle Hill this morning around 10am they have a few in stock.

Finally got my pair (StarTrack…), and have to say I'm very underwhelmed.
The noise cancellation is good, not great, but randomly manages to amplify some sounds - for example I was walking around at the supermarket, and people touching rustling plastic or the sounds of trolley wheels over bumpier surfaces etc were coming through loud and clear.
There is also a constant hiss when either noise cancellation or transparency modes are activated. When off, the hiss goes away.
On the positive, they fit well and are tiny, sound quite good and I haven't had any complaints during phone calls yet.
I think the original Pixel Buds Pro were better (lost those on a work trip), and the AirPods Pro 2 that I use are certainly much better.
Anyone still waiting for theirs to ship?

Just managed to order Hazel buds. Seems they have opened it up again but assuming will be the same as the above with 4+ week delivery time.

Is anyone else experiencing noticeable static/white noise when ANC or transparency is turned on?
I had that when I received mine, thought I would have to return but I forced a manual firmware update in the Pixel Buds app and haven't had it since.
No dice with release_3.154 :(
There was a firmware update a week ago, see if it helps . I just got mine, haven't try yet.

My battery widget can only show the battery level of my phone, no bids and case. Any idea how to enable/fix it?
It seems to be limited by device if you are referring to default widget. My Samsung would only show Battery level for Samsung buds, while Pixel Tab shows any connected headphones Battery levels.
There are some Bluetooth device apps that include Battery widget, I haven't tried any of them.
Mine is pixel 8 pro, I just figured it out, buds has to be in use/out of the case, it then shows the battery percentage. All good.

My backorder arrived last week, instantly paired with my pixel 7 pro, sounds great no complaints so far.
Wore them to work today on train, noise cancellation is on point it's actually very good despite people saying it wasn't(user error for sure). I wear one earbuds during work while on the phone also and it blocks out a good amount of noise
