    Does this work natively in Windows(no steam) or do I need nonsense like ds4?

      Compatible with Windows PC and Android – 2.4G and wired for Windows, Bluetooth for Android.

      And the button layout is for Xbox not Switch.

          I like bt so no need to worry about dongle but if you plug the dongle permanently into something then probably doesnt matter
